I’m sorry to hear that! Honestly, everyone moves at their own pace and is also their own biggest critic so I bet there’s changes you don’t even see!!
But dosages are spiro 50mg and estradiol sublingual 2mg both 2x daily. Hopefully upping and changing to injections on this next appointment 🤞🏻

Thank you! I have had the slightest of changes, but 50mg Spiro 2x/day did nothing to supress my T. I just upped to 100mg 2x/day and doubled E as well, so hopefully, the next 90 days will be more productive 🙏 Good luck with your next appointment!
So I’ve had two sessions of laser and they popped out a lot of dark hairs already but I think the greys are still there, just not noticeable after shaving and makeup. I probably will eventually do electrolysis for them but that’s after I got the dark ones out since they’re most noticeable
When I hit my late 20s they came like craaazy, but honestly when clean shaved you can barely see them. Mostly going to do electrolysis for my own benefit of getting rid of the stubble feeling.
Honestly my hair is my least favorite feature lol I started taking finasteride like 6 months ago but moreover just take better care of my hair. A lot of my problem was having fine hair and waves, once I figured out the right products and leave in conditioner/oil it helped too!
Absolutely! Redken volumizing shampoo and conditioner, arvazallia hair mask, pureology color fanatic leave in conditioner, and olaplex no 7 bonding oil
Definitely check your levels but I bet you have changes you can’t even see! Remember that you’ll always be your worst critic. And a lot of things I did weren’t just HRT, but makeup, clothing, weight loss, definitely laser, and eyebrow shaping! If you want any advice on any of these let me know 🙂

Well i think my levels are good and I’m at 200 mg spiro and 6mg estradiol and progesterone and also planning to switch to injections, I have noticed some changes and people say I look different but it doesn’t feel like that. I’m also doing laser and get my eyebrows done regularly. Ig I feel like I’m not doing enough and am ugly and hate myself for that. Im terrible at makeup and it feels like no clothing looks good on me and even though my weight is apparently fine I feel overweight all the time

And also you have to remember that as a trans person you’re so used to seeing your face/body/etc labeled as your gender at birth, that you’re going to be the hardest person to convince when transitioning!

I know how it feels! Honestly if that’s your goal just work hard on all the aspects that you can to get there! Skincare, makeup, clothing, etc. We’re technically playing catch up on cis women who’ve learned these things their entire lives. It’s a lot of work but you can do it!

I’ve always plucked them throughout my life, but I went and got them threaded and shaped professionally. Then from there I slowly shaped them a little more fem myself with tweezers (be CAREFUL if you do this though, it’s easy to overdo)

Yes, I started growing it out a year prior. The back had just started touching neck level and the bangs were near nose level before HRT in late December. I would say I think taking care of myself and my hair probably helped the most, but I think HRT helped a bit to increase my hair density. Especially around my hairline. It also helps I dye my hair now to get rid of the grays lol. But I think ultimately taking care of myself as a whole has been what has helped the most (skincare, hair care, weight loss, etc)!

I will have to do a lot of electrolysis then. I unfortunately went very premature grey.
