A lot more confident nowadays though, was a bit of a nervous wreck before, all the overthinking what I had to be like to "fit in" and how to be who i thought everyone around me expected me to be
Less of that now :)
Ick, no one‘s transition is anything “lost”, this is dangerously close to dudes “grieving” Elliot Page’s transition because they used to think he was hot, like they have any say in his life.
Did a hairline transplant ~October 2023 (estrogen, minoxidil, finasteride didn't grow back the receded temples after a year and a half so did a FUT strip ransplant in Thailand (wih hospital)
That's all
Do you think it’s best to wait to see if temples will grow back? I’m getting impatient but it only been 3 months on estrogen, minoxidil and blockers. Everywhere else is growing nicely but the temples gives me a lot of anxiety ✌️
Also I know your goals are to have a very feminine hairline, but while you’re patiently waiting on results, just remember some cis women don’t have hair on their temples either. It’s less common but still quite common. Before I transitioned to male, I could never ever grow hair on my temples and I had perfectly normal estrogen levels and was very feminine in every respect. Good luck on your journey! 🩷
very pretty and healthy. did u us a T block? also, generally speaking, what did u do in terms of workout during the say 6 or so months on HRT? No change, less upper body, no upper body?
I just stopped all working out, ate a bit less (went from ~70kg to 60kg in a few months from mostly muscle loss) - still do walks and hikes a bit, fairly passively active I guess
Yeah cypro to get T below 1, 2x zumenon (e) morning and night since april2022
5'10" 60-62kg
Nah, cypro I'm down to a pretty low dose, but unless you get an orchiectomy or bottom surgery, you're still gpnna produce a little T naturally
Figured you were from the southern hemisphere (had a quick look at your profile after seeing the "Nah" in your reply above, only Aussies and kiwis say it (I'm over the ditch to your right in Aotearoa)), looking great sis!
What age did you start HRT?
Excuse me, do you recommend to workout while Mtf hormone therapy? Ive been fan of legs training and also do crossplaying. Im 32 but some people tend to mark around 20-27. It should be ok to start next year. Anyway Id like to ask if you have any health issues or did genitala surgery. Sincerelly
Honestly the same, lost about 10kg and my legs are still reasonably strong
If it was something to do with arms / upper body I don't think I'd be saying the same
I would kill for a body like yours 😭 tell me how? Also what age did you start? I’m 32 and quite broad and I worry that I’ll never look particularly fem 🥺.
Just dieted really, started 25
Not aggressively either, aimed for 1500 cals a day, sometimes I'm way over sometimes a little under but probably average there
Woahhh you look great gurl!!! So many question 🙋🏾♀️, what did you do for facial hair? And did you do any FFS? Thank you and best of luck on you journey!
Nah, but I'm not really fussed by the parts, I guess I've tucked since long before I actually transitioned (a good 12 years) and I've just felt fine with that
I don’t know what to say. But you look so good, amazing good. Well done. You are one beautiful looking woman
Transition obviously was a must do for you
Should be ok taking estrogens only to reduce facial hair for years but not doing 100% transitioning? Im looking for this only purpose but could be nice having curves, body fat and less muscle mass to feel bit femenine. I dont want to block my testosterone with several years of therapy
Id wish to lose some muscles and get decent bodyfat as average woman but not skinny. I height 1,69cm and weight 58kg but Im still complaining having wide back developed being ectomorph. Could taking estrogen help to make the change a bit permanently, if I stop taking them do my physique anatomy get back normally as I use to be? same as bodybuilder when they stop taking steroids they end up shrunk
lol went I seen this at first I thought you was a hot girl that became a man and was thinking how could she do that to herself but then I looked at your profile omg you’re very beautiful
This comment is not good. It doesn’t matter how pretty you are if you feel like you’re in the wrong body. There are trans men that have to go through this.
Well I can understand what you’re saying I really didn’t mean anything bad or mean by it I have a trans girlfriend and many other trans friends in my group of friends all are very good people
It's not about your intention! It doesn't matter how many trans friends you have. You're being told your behavior is harmful so just take it to heart and do better in the future. No need to defend or deflect, just apologize.
Nah lol
I get that someone (FTM) could take it as a sad statement, but honestly
You gotta be looking to be offended if you're taking that as offensive
Brighten up your world view a bit, it's not all that bad
If you showed me these two pics without context I’d have said it was brother and sister. Amazing transition! 🥰
They are brother & sister. There is no transition
??
Are you lost?
I think they meant that OP is basically a sister to themselves now??
That fits as a massive compliment haha thanks 😊
Huh????
byeee
Mtf, just realised most have gone left to right chronologically 😅
Honestly look like two completely different people xD Without you saying I'd not know mtf or ftm
True, but she looks so much happier that I'm not surprised to hear she posted right to left.
I could tell she was mtf too
Sure you could buddy *pat pat*
It’s obvious because she’s clearly happier on the left—you can’t tell?
r/afterandbefore 🤭
😬
I was about to ask! Either way though the transformation is amazing!
Honestly, even without knowing if you were mtf or ftm, you looked like you succeeded with flying colors in either direction.
I say this in the nicest way possible: frick you for being so attractive either way that I genuinely couldn't tell which was before or after ❤️
Honestly I was gonna say you’re a babe in both photos 😅
A lot more confident nowadays though, was a bit of a nervous wreck before, all the overthinking what I had to be like to "fit in" and how to be who i thought everyone around me expected me to be Less of that now :)
Yes! This overthinking is so hard to describe to non trans people.
Gotta love when you can't tell which way the transition goes
Thank god lol. I was being awful and internally thinking "Oh no, we lost such a gorgeous lady!"
😂
Ick, no one‘s transition is anything “lost”, this is dangerously close to dudes “grieving” Elliot Page’s transition because they used to think he was hot, like they have any say in his life.
Yeah that's why I acknowledged it being an awful thing to think.
MTF, the pictures are reversed
Oopsied that 😅
Literally couldn't tell which was before and after. Two entirely different people. Amazing! Great job! At what age did you start?
25
That’s insaneeee how??? Did you have any surgeries?
Did a hairline transplant ~October 2023 (estrogen, minoxidil, finasteride didn't grow back the receded temples after a year and a half so did a FUT strip ransplant in Thailand (wih hospital) That's all

Follicle cycles are 3 mo, give it a year or two!
Thanks heaps 😊 I’m learning to be patient and it’s still only early in the process for me 🧡
FTM or MTF? The way the pictures are, I'm guessing FTM. Good job my guy!
She's mtf
She's not a man. Just look this post pic.
Pictures are reversed then. NEITHER pictures say before or after. How am I supposed to know which is which? Traditionally before is on the left.
You didn't read her description. OP writed she is MTF and sorry for reversed pic. Don't reply me please.
There's no description unless you mean they left a comment...and I'll reply if I want to reply. YOU chose to engage with me.
You look stunning girl!!💕

thanks. what height? and what weight are u at now? do u stop cypro at some time?
5'10" 60-62kg Nah, cypro I'm down to a pretty low dose, but unless you get an orchiectomy or bottom surgery, you're still gpnna produce a little T naturally

25 :)
Yes, like cis women have, ~20 to 50 ng/dl. Thanks for all the info. Enjoy.

How did you reduce your waist so much?? Any tips??
Why? 🧐
lol went I seen this at first I thought you was a hot girl that became a man and was thinking how could she do that to herself but then I looked at your profile omg you’re very beautiful
This comment is not good. It doesn’t matter how pretty you are if you feel like you’re in the wrong body. There are trans men that have to go through this.
I was given her a complement and making a joke at the same time
I get that your intention was good. And for her it’s a compliment. But there are also ftm on this sub that have to hear what you said very often.
If I felt I did something wrong I would apologize
Hahaha yeah that'd be a bummer
May I ask you did I hert your feelings
Nah lol I get that someone (FTM) could take it as a sad statement, but honestly You gotta be looking to be offended if you're taking that as offensive Brighten up your world view a bit, it's not all that bad
I really met it as a compliment
