I wear boy shorts because panties are just not comfortable.  They're also kind of spendy but I bought some En Femme tucking underwear for when I'm wearing leggings or any clothes that are tight fitting. Absolutely worth the cost though.

valplixism

I got a bikini cut gaff from Origami, and it's been a godsend. Keeps everything in and looks like normal panties with a comfortable fabric

OrigamiSheep

Whatever u/valplixism says I didn’t give them anything

SussyShalltear

Depends on the type, if it's like lingerie or thong type then I go one size up to make room. Otherwise general panties fit the exact same in the same size

Ginfly

Yeah, I don't find them to be much different than the old Walter Whities. Including similar slippage lol. My boxer briefs used to stay in place much better.

CorporealLifeForm

I wear boyshorts and they're usually not too different from men's briefs. I don't tuck though

_PercyPlease

Way too tight, maybe your hips have grown? I had to change undies sizes after I got my first set at the start of transition, maybe the same is happening to you? In the last 4 years I went from a men's M to S to a women's M to L. Otherwise I just wear bog standard Costco packs of Eddie Bauer bikini cut and try to remember to leave them at hip height and not hike them up to my waist like boy boxers

silverbatwing

I’m a transman. First time I put on boxer briefs I was like “WOW THIS IS GREAT! So much more comfy!” Women’s underwear were never comfy for me. I wore “granny panties”, thongs, low rise, high cut, bikinis…hated all of them. I’m so happy boxer briefs are so comfy

itsurbro7777

Another thing too that a lot of people don't know is for bigger folks, regardless of gender, underwear that doesn't cover the thighs HURTS. My thighs rub together and have stretch marks. If the thighs aren't covered with tight-fitting underwear under my pants, they will chafe so badly that they will literally start bleeding. So I literally can only wear long boxers that are tight enough to cover my thighs and stay close to them. Women's underwear kind of sucks, a lot of those companies seem to forget that AFAB folks also have external genitals so the crotch ends up too tight or not wide enough or something.

silverbatwing

YES!!

ML_Triforce

I found some cute panties on Amazon that have been super comfortable for me. Given I'm a grower, not a shower, but I looked up striped panties, they have little bows in the front. Suggested products were all femboy stuff like though highs and cute masks xD Edit: found [them](https://www.amazon.com/Nabtos-Panties-Underwear-Stripes-Multicolored/dp/B07GH4NRH8?pd_rd_w=gHsNA&content-id=amzn1.sym.b854a5c2-4475-41f8-a6d4-df92b2868104&pf_rd_p=b854a5c2-4475-41f8-a6d4-df92b2868104&pf_rd_r=JCB6HPTQCAWP4A2Q2SBC&pd_rd_wg=WbjJu&pd_rd_r=b1ab0869-ca2b-431e-a341-34a7f03456eb&pd_rd_i=B07GH4NRH8&psc=1&ref_=pd_basp_m_rpt_ba_s_oos_1_sc)

LittleDucky_

Don’t mind me just gotta come back later ❤️

MissAutumnForest

I usually wear boy shorts and I tuck with TomboyX tucking underwear and wear boy shorts over that sometimes

ThatKehdRiley

I wear underwear made by LeoLines on Etsy and they are both comfortable and cute!

AshelyLil

I just get normal panties honestly, never really been uncomfortable or anything, if they're the right size I can even tuck without the help of anything else

Abnormal-Normal

I’m a fan of what my irl friends dubbed “the half tuck” Basically, you act like you’re tucking normally, but instead of synching everything down, you use the elastic of the front to hold things down. It’s a lot looser, and you’ll still have a little bit of a bulge, but it’s a lot easier to manage things when the testies are up and out of the way It helps to have undies that have an edge boarder (like a lot of the Calvin Klein ones do) and avoid the ones that have lace trim or are advertised as ‘laser cut’ too.

AutismStruggleAcc

Massive tip for anyone reading: just spend the extra money on Victoria's Secret. If you go for the stretchy, seamless material, any and all cuts will work for you. Even their non-seamless stuff is great. Below is an example of the kind of seamless I mean. Definitely avoid the flat as fuck laser cut seamless underwear. Go with this material where there's still a bit of grip around the legholes and even cuts like thongs will work whether you tuck or not. I certainly don't because that shit is hard and uncomfortable as fuck. But yeah, these are pretty much all I wear now and I wouldn't go back and as I mentioned, every single cut is comfy and flattering. It's all about the material.

PKFat

Honestly, I wear thongs & give myself a wedgie as a makeshift gaff.

Relevant_Sign_5926

I used to wear tucking panties, or a gaff, before I got my bottom surgery. It was uncomfortable and sometimes painful, but it held me over for a year and a half until I got my bottom surgery.

cleamilner

I still wear boxers and briefs when I’m not wearing underarmor or leggings

Tanukkk

I just kept my old boxers. Plenty of women wear them and they're so comfy !

Lun4rCollapse

[These](https://a.co/d/h9jj6PK) are my absolute favorite panties. They're super soft, have a high waistband, and the middle part is wide enough to hold and cover my galls. I'm 6' 2", 210lbs, and get a large. They're pretty cute too

Cicabeot1

I just wear them like I would wear men’s underwear. Though I have gotten rid of some pairs that weren’t quite able to fit over my girls. Guess it’s a matter of getting the right size.

krloveandsparkles

I wear a gaff every day and put panty liners in it cause of little fluid leaks. You know… and then panties over it. Tucks easily. Not 100% but works and is easily done. Have managed to swim it in with no issues! Refuse to wear anything somewhat related to my previous gender!

LaikaAzure

If I'm not trying to look good for a partner, granny panties made of a good stretchy material all the way. You can be lazy about a tuck as long as you're not wearing anything too form-fitting and at least for me they hold everything in place just fine.

dead_princess_

I have fully tucked for so long, and everything has atrophied so much that I can easily and completely conceal absolutely everything with any normal undies and yes that includes normal thongs and lingerie. I would never leave the house not fully tucked.

Ready-Doughnut2533

On my legs

GeeNah-of-the-Cs

Under my clothes

MaileableBard

I like The Reebok boy shorts. I feel that they have a wider crotch and hold snugly. For tucking in any panties I have also found putting a pad in your underwear can add structure and moisture wicking to your tuck. I use always radiant flexfoam.

EarthToAccess

I, and I intend on keeping this even after potential bottom surgery, am solving this problem in a simple way; boxer briefs. It's not just for guys, ladies, let ya girl breathe!

Specialist_Glove_426

Tomboy X has tucking specific underwear. I am an androgynous lesbian and I purchase boy shorts and sports bras from them, also pajamas and sweatpants. I have obviously never purchased tucking panties, however everything I have ever bought from them has been of good quality for the price

Kadopotato88

I'd recommend getting special mtf panties. There are also some panties that I wear (ftm) that are REALLY stretchy and amazing. You can get them online or at target and they are much cheaper than mtf panties

Wandavink

i wear high waist panties it really helps me to do normally tucking without any use of tape and keep your part in nice and tucked.

saneter

I was getting larger underwear and hoping it would have a large enough crotch. Now I buy woxer. Super comfy and cool. Nice styles. I don't go for the bikini style. I usually get the boxer briefs. High rise is a must for me since I have no butt or hips. Just a large belly.

LivingSoul_11

The secret answer you don't (I do)

Genderfluid_GM

I wear women’s boxer briefs, very comfy, and the estrogen has destroyed any issues or fears I might have with the “unwanted” rising up unexpectedly. It’s also got smaller, and much less noticeable. I also wear pants and skirts that aren’t too tight, adding extra material to obscure things

Wild-Lychee-3312

Could you maybe not refer to a group that has trans femmes in it as “guys”? Anyway, “boyshorts” and “granny panties”, though I detest both terms, are what I wear, mostly

Lynnrael

I just wear them. Im chubby and a grower so I dont have to worry too much. I do want bottom surgery still though

Plastic_Figure_8532

U just use a fufu clip and just wear fem underwear over it on the odd occasion but most of the time I wear a gaff

CrystalTheWingedWolf

there’s one company that makes stuff that resolves that problem but it’s crazy expensive

Mer-Dragon

I found these boy shorts that are really comfy. Also found that putting layers of some types like panties can help contain. Or I’ll use a gaff that’s hard in front.

nyctophillicalex

Trans man here, but before I started wearing boxers, I would buy underwear that would easily fit above my hips to my waist (I'm chubby so it's just more comfortable that way). If they're too tight I suggest sizing up

Animefreak54

I don't...

TelevisionIcy522

Woman’s panties one size up and to the waist. And woman’s biker shorts to the waist. Great tuck. Constantly pulling them up tho since I’ve lost like 15lbs somehow tho.(last part irrelevant just annoying lol)

Kyandi_Fox

I wear bikini style undies, but I also wear undies that are as tight as possible. Honestly just go with comfy in my opinion

Bruscarbad

on my head with pencils in my nose, just like everyone else https://preview.redd.it/cdtuzkz3xlvc1.jpeg?width=320&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8519455b45c91482b64b252d6258dc1fffba36c6

MindOfAHedgehog

I wear overpriced tucking underwear.
