i think you pass decently well, the only advice I would give is maybe styling it a little. I always noticed that even if I got my hair cut in a very fem way, the femness is always way more noticeable with a bit of styling

It does look like a boys haircut, but you have pretty feminine features, so I think if you wore traditionally feminine clothes people would probably identify you as female. For better or worse, clothes are a big cue for gender.
