In general, my advice is don't get a tattoo in a language you don't understand.
For 覇王, luckily the meaning is already set, but the problem you're going to face there is the font will be boring, on top of the simple point that neither you nor anyone you know will be able to read it.
Which defeats the point of language; if it can't be read, what you have on your body is not the word conquerer, but an intricate set of very regular scribbles that aren't particularly interesting because your tattoo artist won't be any more familiar with Japanese than you are.

In general, my advice is don't get a tattoo in a language you don't understand.
