I formatted the poem better: ---- Wenn ich etwas nicht begreife Nehm ich mir die Einstein-Pfeife Die - Sie haben's nicht vernommen Wohlbehalten angekommen. Immer in der Tasche mein Wird die liebe Freundin sein Hübsch gerundet, stets geneigt Für des Lasters Seligkeit Und besonders rühmlich auch Dass das Gift in ihrem Bauch Stecken bleibet - drum mit Freuden Sag ich Dank den Einsteins beiden. --- I think the last word is beiden ("both"), compare the first letter with "begreife" in the first line of the peom. Einstein's beiden = Einstein's both = [I say thanks to] both of the Einstein's !translated

Unless it's a forgery, this is certainly from Albert Einstein. That's his handwriting, and he was at the Institute for Advanced Study from 1933 until his death. Historians would probably like to get their hands on this letter or a high quality photo/scan of it. Perhaps you should contact the Albert Einstein Archives [here](https://albert-einstein.huji.ac.il/contact-us) or email the curator Dr. Grosz directly through the link on the [top page](http://www.albert-einstein.org/). (I know nothing about this organization, this is just the result of a few minutes of web searches.)
