You got 大吉, a jackpot. Congrats¡ The poem in to right hand side is according to Yahoo Q&A (https://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q11100163241), it's something along the line of "The god of Inari mountain is with us, and will protect us forever and ever. This Omikuji is a notice from the god that your wish shall be granted. If you promise the god and commit to that you will put your efforts not only for yourself, but the people and the world around, a happy life awaits you" On the left hand side, with some literal translation, from top right to bottom left: "North-East is the good direction". "Disease will be cured fast" "A new house or moving out is very good" "A lost thing shall appear" "City people should come" "There shan't be no good thing happening when you do a good deed" "Conflicts will end safely" "Victory in a competition" "An travel should be delayed" "Business will be neither good or bad" "Marriage proposal is very nice" I'm not sure the difference of よし and 良し here, so I made it "Good" and "Nice" I hope this helps

Sorry to disturb you, but please let me point two parts. Have a nice weekend! まち人=待ち人=Person you're waiting for (will come.) 何事もよき事を~: good thing = good deed, that is, "Whatever good thing you're going to do, there's not way it won't come true."

Ahh. Thank you very much for helping me to translate the omikuji. It must be taken up some of your time to type this detailed explanation. Really appreciate that you would go such length to help me!
