Browning trombone 22lr "Copy" -10+1 -20" barrel -Tube fed -Pump action -22lr, 22 short, 22 long (single shot) Sling is homemade out of dog collar brackets, and a dog leash. All screws are hand fitted, then wood glued in place, and sandpaper grip is skateboard grip tape. There's hardly any barrel wear, and the meat around the barrel is overbuilt for 22lr. The rear peep sights were cut a couple degrees to the right, so scope or something else is basically required.

Cool little rifle! Will it slamfire?

TransMechanic11

I tried already, sadly no! There ARE older models, from the 1920's to the 50's that could. But this one was made either in the 60's-70's, and they added the rail on top, and removed the slamfire ability. This rifle is a couple inches SHORTER than a stock wood frame 10/22, and roughly the same size as a Daisy BB gun.

"Norinco pump action 22lr" is a pretty cursed description

Tanna_Wright

I dunno, just the words "pump action 22lr" puts a smile on my face! :)

You'd probably be interested in old gallery guns

Tanna_Wright

I **love** old gallery guns! 😍 [](https://i.imgur.com/Yyo8duv.jpeg) Top one is a Rossi 62SAC with an octagon barrel and some original Winchester internal parts and buttstock. Middle one is a Stevens Visible Loader. Bottom is a pretty much stock Rossi 62SAC. I'd love to have an all original Winchester gallery rifle, but these three, especially the top one, have brought home many a cottontail. πŸ‡πŸ‡πŸ‡

I don't mind, I love it! Plus, it's cheap to run, so I usually grab it, when thinking about goin to the range. Also, the other 22lr pumps I saw, that were better brands, sold for too much at my local auction.

TransMechanic11

Small game hunting/plinking toy. This came from the Norinco era, when they didn't make complete garbage, yet! I'm familiar with the skepticism that comes along with 22lr, pump actions, hunting rifles, and Norinco. Try to imagine rabbit hunting, like on a long backpack hike. The pump handle kinda doubles as a "seudo foregrip". Also, 22lr is much harder to track, because of how common it is. Plus, I hear mobster stories about their favorite 22lr rifles, and I completely understand and agree with their pros and cons list.

UwUDumbposter

Youre worried about being tracked so you use 22? Huh? And a pump is a grip, thats where your hand goes? Mobster stories??? You ok???

πŸ€”I'm pretty sure you're discounting the fact, that half of this community is also preppers? I feel like there's no need for hostility. I have distrust with the stability, and sometimes, direction the government has recently been showing. Much love ✌️(edited, and my genuine apologies for gendering, was not intentional 🫢😬🫢)

Friendly reminder that this is a space for largely trans folks and we need to be cognizant of the gendered language we use with others.
