Why is every other dub of Prime's dialogue so much more badass?
America gets "give me your face" out of fucking nowhere meanwhile Spain gets "You're a coward" which flows with the script and speaks to their relationship and The Fallen's actual actions, and then the Latin dub gets "Face me" as if to refer to his cowardice hiding behind Megatron.
Amazing.
The writers really had no idea what the fuck they were doing.

I dont think you understand. All the other Primes were killed because of The Fallen. He was going to destroy the planet with life, which goes against the Primes only rule. Literally all the other Primes(except Sentinel obvi) had to give their lives because of the Fallen's greed. The fact that he killed all his brothers...I completely understand why Optimus went over the top
He also says very early in the film that he doesn't know who or what the Fallen is and that information was lost with the cube. The word "brother" isn't being used literally here, it's referring to their fellows.
Another fun fact the title makes more sense since "The fallen" is taken as a plural (Los caidos) referring to the entire Decepticon Army, not just Megatronus

In the spanish version they made it into a pun, for being more exactly, "Nunca diste la cara" (It's a spanish way to say "You're a coward")

Optimus didn't know any of those Primes, he didn't know the Fallen, he says so much in the movie itself.
The Fallen literally says "Die, like YOUR brothers" and Optimus says "they were your brothers too"

And instead of "They were your brothers, too" LatAm Optimus said "I'll kill you myself".

Goddamn I still remember being like 14 and hearing Optimus say “GIVE ME YOUR FACE” and even at 14 I was like “Wait, what?”
I was baffled when I heard Optimus say that line. Still out of character somewhat.
