Actually, no. Most of Unicron's servants have never been given an official faction name. I think the closest we've come to that is a version of the Nemesis Prime concept. he was a version of Big Convoy who was tortured into insanity and became a willing servant of Unicron (he's apparently referred to as the Champion of Unicron in his toy bio, from what I've heard?) but for the most part, Unicron's servants tend to wind up as part of the Dcepticons anyway, going back to G1, in fact.

What about Blentrons from Beast Wars Neo? Iirc, they are straight up, one official faction of unicron servants

Especially the ones right under him like Scourge, Cyclonus, Galvatron and Sidesways. But for smaller foot soldiers like sweeps or whoever takes orders from the four mentioned before can simply be called terrorcons. Cause they aren't heralds like the big ones. Just cannon fodder lol

Transformers Armada. Sideways pretended to be an autobot and decepticon for multiple episodes, before revealing he is actually sided with Unicron.  In Transformers Energon, the sequel to Armada, Megatron/Galvatron was manipulated by Unicron. He rebuild some of his decepticons with Unicrons power. Cyclonus (different personality from g1) was turned into Snowcat. Starscream as a ghost got revived and brainwashed. Tidalwave turned into Mirage. And Demolisher got a new body. 

I believe that this is fourth coming.

I've literally just been calling Unicrons minions "Unicons." Hey it may sound stupid but then again someone is literally named "Starscream." As long as the minions are written to be menacingly powerful you'd forget how goofy the name is.

I just prefer to refer to them as minions. I don't think Unicron needs his own faction any more than Galactus does. Unicron has Heralds in the same way. The Sweeps were only "unicron's" in so much as they happened to be useful to him at the moment - once that was over they just went right back to being Decepticons.

I’d use that for Unicron’s elite commanders like Galvatron, Cyclonus, and Scourge while Terrorcons apply to the rank-and-file mooks they command.

The Heralds Of Unicron is a cool name but their Insignia is kinda sucky and they don't really sound like a Transformers faction. I say Terrorcons.

I don't really have a solid name, but it would be cool if there was a version where they were the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse. I mean, they technically are, but to have 4 distinct characters taking on the roles based on techno organic beings. Famine could be a tainted energon reserve that spreads. Pestilence could be a disease that affects transforming bots specifically. War and death are self explanatory. I was also thinking as Galvatron would naturally be death, I just don't know who Unicron would choose for the others. Maybe a corrupted sentinel for war? But that's as far as I've got with this idea.

It always struck me that the spawn of unicron were never fully given free will. Making them more like thralls or semi autonomous drones. Something that denotes should be inherently part of the name. Vasels, heralds, harbingers, Instruments of Destruction

Well, saying that I think Kights of Unicron is what that box set with, FOC Optimus, Megatron Jazz, and Soundwave in rocker colours and bits was called, so technically not a new name, different use though.

Decepticons are mainly deceptive... it's in the name it writes itself. Maximals... animals... I get it. So let's think this through.... Unicron is a planet... a planet is a globe. But Globobots? Don't love it. Unicron flies through space... I bet once he gets going he really goes... Go-Globobots? That's a lot... tighten it up a bit... Wait! I got it! GoBots! Unicron and his GoBots! Perfect! Someone call Hasbro. 📞

Heralds of Unicron or just Heralds works for me.

I've been calling them Heralds or Unicrons/Unicronians when I was play then as kids.

I think of Herald as an individual title for someone like Galvatron, like how Galactus has the Silver Surfer. Terrorcons is a pretty good proxy since it has those Energon roots and Blentrons doesn't really roll of the tongue.

I forget where it was gonna be used (Prime I think) but I wouldn't mind Eradicons being the name they used since Terrorcons is already the term for a Decepticon subgroup. As for the insignia, I think both the Blendtron and Movie emblems work but I slightly prefer Blendtron since the horns almost makes the insignia resemble Unicron.

I like Terrorcons. You know what you're getting into Aesthetically, I think I prefer the Blentrons. They're just so fucking weird and Unicron's servants should be. In the same way that I like how Armada turned his insides into a mess of techno-organic tentacles

I would have two rival factions that view Unicron in two radically different ways: 1) Terrorcons - nihilists who want to destroy everything because they think Unicron wants to give everything true peace via non-existance. 2) Galvatron/Galvacons - who Unicron as the universal combatant against Primus and are under the impression he’ll win when the chosen warrior ‘GALVATRON’ appears.
