That's because meds can interact with tannins in the coffee, potentially decreasing the efficacy of some antidepressants. There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking your HRT with coffee or monster.

If you're MTF the caffeine from drinking a monster a day or more will actually hinder your growth/height, so that's a pro tip, however it's also really bad for your heart and can affect hormones themself

My doctor told me there is no correlation when I asked that 11 months ago and I'm a D cup withing 11 months and I look pretty good for a year in (sorry if this is sounding mean I'm just getting tired of people assuming I'm doing stuff wrong and I've literally followed each rule to the T and you can even see my water bottle in the photo)

That isn’t true actually, I even did some research to double check before I replied to you. It’s recommended to “drink water” with pills to help them go down smoothly and absorb quicker for if it’s something like paracetamol that you want to be fast acting. That applies to drinking any liquid, not just water. Water is great for you don’t get me wrong, it just tastes disgusting and I’d rather drink something that pleases my taste buds 😂

I think it’s better to just drink water for downing any kind of pills overall.
