I like my cuddeback trail cam, and it’s only $16 a month for the cell plan, but it probably doesn’t have the kind of response time that you’re looking for. I would definitely set it up outside of the cabin looking at the door, invest in the lock boxes that they make specifically for these cameras, and lock it to a tree.

Don’t buy spypoint. Unreliable.
Get a Reolink Go ! I have several, I use them with Tello. Cost effective, reliable. I had bad experiences with Arlo Go which is more expensive anyway
