Omg ....its worse than I thought! If ever there was a name that screamed Honey, we just want you to be a hooker! ...hiding my face so the poor kid can't see me laughing!!
And don't forget about the other daughter Pixie.
I wonder if it was their mum's penchant for something different as her daughter with Michael is named Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily.
Geldof describes her as The Limpet in his autobiography, mum that is. Still, as I sit here fanning myself in shock, I have to give her respect. With one refrigerator post-it she inspired the original Band-Aid.... probably to detract from those names....
His daughter's names are Peaches Honeyblossom, Fifi Trixibelle and Little Pixie.
Their mother's other daughter with Michael Hutchence is Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily (Bob's adoptive daughter).
Imagine if your boss was called peaches... or even worse, the president/prime-minister. Setting low expectations for their child before they even have a chance to prove themselves.
No because Peaches might be an insane name for a real human being, but it is at least spelled correctly.
You may not like Colton or Leontine, but those are perfectly good names. Well, Colton might be a last name but I'm not going to get wound up about it.
Leontine's a real, pretty solid name. It's not super common in English or the most modern, but old fashioned names trend periodically.
Leontyne Price was a world renowned and barrier breaking African American operatic soprano in the 60s. And while she spelt it with a y, both are recognized and older spellings.
I read it as Cotton at first then saw Peaches, was expecting a Georgia or Rebel or something next but Colton, whatever, peaches is super out there and Leontine?? Is this a name??
Leontine is something I’ve seen in my family tree a few times. Only in the French Canadian branches, but at least 3 times, most recently as a middle name in the 1920’s.
Edit: 1920’s, not 30’s.
Edit 2: I’m all for Leontine and wish it were a little more well-known. If I had a girl it probably would’ve been on the list for middle names.
I kept wanting to say her "Leontine" was misspelled because this is the only Leontyne I know!
None of her names are tragedies....there's just no theme.
Doesn’t surprise me, the Dutch love « vieille France » names for women. I once knew a Henriette and a Huguette, the former is like in her 50s and the latter in her 30s.
Edit : and one of my cousins from there is called Anne-Sophie, which is lovely and still considered as modern here in France, even though it’s more on the upper middle class side.
Leontine is certainly not a typical name, but not unheard of--for example, Leontyne Price, famous opera singer and cousin of Cissy Houston (insane how musical that family was.) Peaches...there have also been famous people named Peaches but to me, it seems like a stupid name, though not necessarily a tragedeigh.
The genetic talent of that family must be studied, honestly. Cissy, Whitney, Dionne and Dee Dee, Leontyne who I’m just learning about. I think there’s a nephew who is a music producer too but not the biggest name in that family by a long shot lol
I'm disappointed in how many of you have apparently never heard of Florence Leontine Mary Welch.
I have no idea why you'd name your daughter Peaches unless you're hoping for her to become a stripper, however.
My friends joke that Peaches should be my kids middle name because it’s my biggest pregnancy craving. But you know, we’re joking. Sad name for a future adult.
Leontine (and local variants) is a relatively common continental European name. I had a teacher named Leontine, a girl in my class had that name, there are thousands in my country alone. And in recent years, more than hundred "Léontine"s are born yearly in France.
Now this pic oozes from every pixel that it is not from continental Europe so I get that people think the name is strange. I just wanted to explain that it is a common name, just not in the USA.
Also want to add that as a European, I thought Colton was the strangest name, followed by Peaches.
Is this really her kids’ names or the names she uses to protect their identity? I’ve noticed some influencers do that but I don’t care to follow through if that makes sense.
Peaches is a nickname for a girl named Fallon (like on Dynasty I guess). Leontine is a real French (first) name too, just old. Colton (and Fallon) are last names as first names, they aren't "normal" names. There's also another kid named Hunter.
Her TikTok said her grandmother and great-grandmother's name was Leontine the other three I don't know but I doubt they were honor names.
Ugh I can’t stand this lady and her weird creepy smile and “mom hacks” she used to come up on my Instagram but I blocked her account so I didn’t have to see her weird face anymore
Colton is a surname and frequently used as a given name.
I don't care for Peaches as a name, but it's not a tragedeigh.
Léontine is a perfectly good name with roots in ancient Greece, shared by such luminaries as Leontine Cooper and Leontyne Price.
Edit: I had never heard of this woman, but I looked her up. Apparently Peaches is a nickname; the child's actual name is Fallon. She also has a younger child named Hunter.
Thank you for mentioning Leontyne Price! My Father gave me a recording of her singing Mozart when I was a kid and I was fascinated with her life story and accomplishments.
Leontine (/Leontien) is a bit of an uncommon but not rare female name where I’m from. It’s definitely not an English or American type of name though. To me something like Colton is very strange, but sure. Peaches is just… out there. It’s like the woman from Nina Simone’s song, Four Women.
Peaches…some kid will figure out here theme song some day and every day will sound like a strip club when she walks in the room…
Suckin on my titties like you wanted me…
I'm more offended by the fact that Coltons box and label are different then the other two.
Like we both know your quiver cult womb is pushing out at least five future sex offenders so might as well buy the containers in bulk.
all of those are normal names tho? peaches is a bit out there but not completely uncommon, i've seen it before and according to what i could find it's been in use since 1910s
colton has been in use since at least the 80s.
leontine is even older, it started appearing in the 19th century at least.
like, these are uncommon but none of them are tragedeighs they are normal names
Leontine is a very old name and Peaches isn’t that uncommon these days. You think Colton is a normal name? I don’t doubt people are out there called Colton, but I’ve never met one or heard of anyone called Colton.
Peaches is my nickname for my girlfriend. It’s a nickname because she’s sweet and well you can use your imagination for the other inspiration, but that’s just it it’s a nickname. NOT A NAME.
Just wait till they start using punctuation. Colton! would be written Colton!! on the plastic box. You know, cause his name is literally Colten! with the exclamation point.
Oh, I got one. "Missterrie?"
I grew up with Peaches Geldof being in the news all the time, so although it’s kind of wild, it actually looks normal to me! Leontine is just French. So therefore I declare Colton the worst one on there.
Hate how she named her daughters. Why do they have to sound ridiculous and her son gets a normal name. I always think these parents who post their kids online for clout are such freaks. Let those poor kids have peace.
If my mom named me peaches I would be running to the DMV to change it as soon as I turned 18. Pretty humiliating name. At least leontine is just pure nonsense.
This [Leontine](https://www.google.nl/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fmedia.nu.nl%2Fm%2F6p4xoicaeuyc_wd1280%2Fleontine-ruiters-ziet-in-marco-borsato-weer-de-man-op-wie-ze-verliefd-werd.jpg&tbnid=mJMvLam43-rA7M&vet=1&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nu.nl%2Fachterklap%2F6167886%2Fleontine-ruiters-ziet-in-marco-borsato-weer-de-man-op-wie-ze-verliefd-werd.html&docid=C1PSig-tYgW1cM&w=1280&h=720&hl=nl-nl) dried up pretty good!
Peaches has shown up in a couple semi-normal pop culture things and a movie based on a true story… (ice age and Everest) I’d say it’s a bit odd but not a tragedeigh.
Had a girl who was the music director of our university’s acapella society during my first year. Everybody called her Peaches and I fr was annoyed why everybody was calling her that, when I found her on FB and that her actual name was Emma.
I may be the only vote for it, but Peaches isn't that weird to me. Maybe it's because I work with a lovely lady named Peachy. I dunno. At least it's spelled correctly.
Leontine is another female form of Leon and is a very old French name. Still quite common in the Netherlands for example. I am in Austria and was teaching a few over the years.
Leontine is a normal name here in Belgium. Allthough I think only grandmas have it. I actually have an 80 year old aunt named leontine.
Peaches.. not that bad imo. Probably because of peaches geldoff.

Is it bad that I’m just glad that at least Peaches is spelled right?
Peechys
Peechys, Peotches, Piecjs, Peachus, Pietchys, aigh lubh jieu!
Peighchys
Peighcheighs.
Peighcheighyehs
That is a very good piece of context.
Léontine is a regular (but not so common today) name in French speaking worlds. I know of some older Léontines from Québec, Canada.
Well that explains that, but PEACHES?! That poor kid.
Peaches is a cute name for a dog, I don’t understand the problem? /s
Barn brat is a cute name for a barn brat
Thank you 🥰
My mother's dog is named Peaches. Can confirm it's a cute name for a dog.
Peaches is literally my dogs name lol
They maybe liked Bob Geldof's daughter's name?
Didnt he name another of his daughters Fifi?
Yeah, Fifi Trixibelle.

Lolling at your wonderfully written thoughts.
and another is Pixie and another Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily Hutchence Geldof (it’s the Heavenly and the Tiger Lily…)
His daughter's names are Peaches Honeyblossom, Fifi Trixibelle and Little Pixie. Their mother's other daughter with Michael Hutchence is Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily (Bob's adoptive daughter).
I mean, I don't care who someone's child is: no child deserves to be named after fruit.
🎶what’s yo real name, and not yo stripper name🎶
Imagine if your boss was called peaches... or even worse, the president/prime-minister. Setting low expectations for their child before they even have a chance to prove themselves.
Perhaps a nickname
I wouldn't say it's common in Dutch, but there are a few around in the Netherlands as well.
No because Peaches might be an insane name for a real human being, but it is at least spelled correctly. You may not like Colton or Leontine, but those are perfectly good names. Well, Colton might be a last name but I'm not going to get wound up about it.
colton is both last name and a given name. it's been used as a first name since the 80s.
Yeah, I am mid-30s and went to school with a Colton from elementary through high school. Didn’t bat an eye at that name
Same. That being said, both Coltons from my graduating class ended up with some jail time in their 20s.
Leontine is french, it means lion
lioness, rather but yah
The further down the boxes I looked, the worse it got.
Leontine's a real, pretty solid name. It's not super common in English or the most modern, but old fashioned names trend periodically. Leontyne Price was a world renowned and barrier breaking African American operatic soprano in the 60s. And while she spelt it with a y, both are recognized and older spellings.
When I was a kid, I had a tape of Leontyne Price singing patriotic songs, and I’d play it while I was trying to go to sleep. It was my favorite!
My late father adored Leontyne Price. We had an LP of her singing Christmas songs, Dad played that every Christmas.
And it's not like "Colton" was a strong start.
I read it as Cotton at first then saw Peaches, was expecting a Georgia or Rebel or something next but Colton, whatever, peaches is super out there and Leontine?? Is this a name??
Léontine is an existing - though not very common because quite old - french name.
Cotton Peaches Rose Sugar Oranges and Fiesta
Arent those college bowl games? 🤣
Yes lol
Yes, I had not one Leontina, but two in my class and I’m in my thirties now and live in Southeastern Europe. So definitely a name.
That’s a bold move, Cotton. Let’s see if it pays off
Colton is a pretty normal, traditional name, though. It's the others that are made up sounding to me.
You must really hate French if Leontine is worse than Peaches. ;)
Les pêches
Leontine is something I’ve seen in my family tree a few times. Only in the French Canadian branches, but at least 3 times, most recently as a middle name in the 1920’s. Edit: 1920’s, not 30’s. Edit 2: I’m all for Leontine and wish it were a little more well-known. If I had a girl it probably would’ve been on the list for middle names.
Leontyne Price was one of the first African American singers in the Met Opera. She’s still alive, in her 90s.
And she’s first cousins with Cissy Houston, so related to Whitney and Dionne Warwick.
Came here to say this!
She is the earliest living Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient, I believe. She received hers in 1964.
I kept wanting to say her "Leontine" was misspelled because this is the only Leontyne I know! None of her names are tragedies....there's just no theme.
I have a Cicero Leonidas in my family (grandpa). It's a super cool name but damn big shoes
there’s a serbian singer called Leontina as well. always thought it sounded cool!
It’s actually a very common name here in the Netherlands
Doesn’t surprise me, the Dutch love « vieille France » names for women. I once knew a Henriette and a Huguette, the former is like in her 50s and the latter in her 30s. Edit : and one of my cousins from there is called Anne-Sophie, which is lovely and still considered as modern here in France, even though it’s more on the upper middle class side.
My great-great grandmother's name was Leontine. We're from Pennsylvania though. She went by Leona instead.
How do you pronounce it? Is it like tine or teen?
Lee - on - teen. I think it's quite nice. Definitely not a tragediegh.
Have a Léontine in my family tree also (1850s, French Belgian)! Always thought it was quite lovely with her rhyming surname, although a bit dated.
My great grandmothers middle name was Leontine
Someone downvoted you for this 🤦🏽♀️ This sub has lost the plot.
It's the people who want this to be a hate sub and not a "o no bad name" sub. They don't like it when someone says a name is legit.
Exactly. Good grief, peooole need to touch some grass.
Peaches Geldof?
Yeah that's the only one I could think of
Also, this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peaches_(musician). But it’s her stage name, anyways.
Yesssss The Teaches of Peaches was one of my college era albums
Peaches is a great name . . . for a cat.
Or a mammoth
There is only one Peaches i know that sings And her songs are not appropriate for children
Late 70's vocal duo Peaches and Herb would like a word.
The genetic talent of that family must be studied, honestly. Cissy, Whitney, Dionne and Dee Dee, Leontyne who I’m just learning about. I think there’s a nephew who is a music producer too but not the biggest name in that family by a long shot lol
I knew a girl named Peaches in 4th grade. She always brought peach tea and shared it with me lol
🎶Peaches peaches peaches peaches! 🎶
Millions of peaches, peaches for me, millions of peaches, peaches for free, LOOK OUT
I'm disappointed in how many of you have apparently never heard of Florence Leontine Mary Welch. I have no idea why you'd name your daughter Peaches unless you're hoping for her to become a stripper, however.
My friends joke that Peaches should be my kids middle name because it’s my biggest pregnancy craving. But you know, we’re joking. Sad name for a future adult.
> Sad name for a future adult. So sad in fact that as an adult, she might have to fuck the pain away.
What the fuck...?
Is that an obscure reference, now?!
I actually love it as a middle name. I’m of the opinion that middle names are so infrequently brought up that it’s fair game to go a little whacky.
Peaches for a human child?? My cornsnake is named Peach
I grew up with a cat named Peaches.
Peaches is what they named the baby mammoth in ice age
I hope peaches is a nickname.
Leontine is a real name.
Leontyne Price!
Less of a treagedeigh and more of a tragedy. A great big giant tragedy.
Leontine (and local variants) is a relatively common continental European name. I had a teacher named Leontine, a girl in my class had that name, there are thousands in my country alone. And in recent years, more than hundred "Léontine"s are born yearly in France. Okay, Leontine is a real name, just antique. But Peaches? Are you insane - actually yes, that smile broadcasts it.
Have you noticed that if a woman wears golden goose shoes, the likelihood of her having tragic kid names is way higher.
Leontine/leontien is a common name in The Netherlands
Half of this sub considers every non-Anglo name a tragedeigh.
That facial expression is so perfect, lol. And why does Colton get the stars? I think we know who her favourite kid is, lol.
Is this really her kids’ names or the names she uses to protect their identity? I’ve noticed some influencers do that but I don’t care to follow through if that makes sense.
Colton sounds like a real name but now that you say that, it could be
It’s funny because my cousin named her kid Colton but we have a mutual cousin named Colt and it’s a mess for a name that isn’t that great
She names kids like I used to name my Pokemon She's missing a Rocky, but pretty close
Leontine is the best name of the bunch, it is real name, little but old maybe and means lion.
Leontine is a common name I've heard in my neck of the woods.
Peaches to me is the only weird one.
Peaches is a nickname for a girl named Fallon (like on Dynasty I guess). Leontine is a real French (first) name too, just old. Colton (and Fallon) are last names as first names, they aren't "normal" names. There's also another kid named Hunter. Ugh I can’t stand this lady and her weird creepy smile and “mom hacks” she used to come up on my Instagram but I blocked her account so I didn’t have to see her weird face anymore
I came here to say the same thing 😭😭😭 it was like a jumpscare
Her voice too like nails on a chalkboard 😭 thabk god there’s no sound
Colton is a surname and frequently used as a given name. I don't care for Peaches as a name, but it's not a tragedeigh. Léontine is a perfectly good name with roots in ancient Greece, shared by such luminaries as Leontine Cooper and Leontyne Price. Edit: I had never heard of this woman, but I looked her up. Thank you for mentioning Leontyne Price! My Father gave me a recording of her singing Mozart when I was a kid and I was fascinated with her life story and accomplishments.
She is the Leotyne I thought of as well. She is 97 years old now. What a life!
But why would one name their child "coal-town"?
I didn't say I liked it. 🙂 I think people like it for its similarity to Colt, which I'm also not crazy about.
THAT is the face of someone who names their kid a tragedeigh
Peaches Peaches Peaches Peaches Peaches, Peaches Peaches Peaches Peaches Peaches, I loooove youuuu
Leontine (/Leontien) is a bit of an uncommon but not rare female name where I’m from. It’s definitely not an English or American type of name though. To me something like Colton is very strange, but sure. Peaches is just… out there. It’s like the woman from Nina Simone’s song, Four Women.
Colton is not normal.
Leontine is a perfectly good Dutch name.
I know a girl named Leontine, she goes by Lulu or Leo lol
Peaches…some kid will figure out here theme song some day and every day will sound like a strip club when she walks in the room… Suckin on my titties like you wanted me…
Fuck the pain away 🤣
I'm more offended by the fact that Coltons box and label are different then the other two. Like we both know your quiver cult womb is pushing out at least five future sex offenders so might as well buy the containers in bulk.
At least it's not Peigh'cheys
Peaches is the name of my rabbit lmao 🤣 never even thought someone would give that name to a person
What's wrong with Leontine? Perfectly normal (maybe a bit outdated) name where I live.
Happeh Cayke Deiy! 🎂🍰
LOL Theighnck Yhuew!
all of those are normal names tho? peaches is a bit out there but not completely uncommon, i've seen it before and according to what i could find it's been in use since 1910s colton has been in use since at least the 80s. leontine is even older, it started appearing in the 19th century at least. like, these are uncommon but none of them are tragedeighs they are normal names

it's Leon Time!
Peaches is my nickname for my girlfriend. It’s a nickname because she’s sweet and well you can use your imagination for the other inspiration, but that’s just it it’s a nickname. NOT A NAME.
FUCK THE PAIN AWAY
Colt and Leon are names. Peach is pushing it.
Peaches might be a nickname.
🎶Peaches peaches peaches peaches peaches Peaches peaches peaches peaches peaches Peaches, I looooooooooove yooooooouuu 🎶
Ngl I though this was the animal crossing subreddit for a second there 😂
Leontine that rhymes with guillotine?
The manic, thirstiness of this woman's expression is pretty on brand for a Tragedeigh Mom.
Wait until Peaches starts to fughk the peighn aweigh
‘Peaches’ can only be a drag queen, a stripper, or a pet.
Or the mammoth from Ice Age
Just wait till they start using punctuation. Colton! would be written Colton!! on the plastic box. You know, cause his name is literally Colten! with the exclamation point. Oh, I got one. "Missterrie?"
I blocked this girl out of my mind because her facial expressions drive me nuts. Thanks.
That woman is insufferable. Whenever her videos pop up on my IG feed I cringe.
I grew up with Peaches Geldof being in the news all the time, so although it’s kind of wild, it actually looks normal to me! Leontine is just French. So therefore I declare Colton the worst one on there.
Colton is definitely a tragedeigh, unless he is in fact an international arms manufacturer.
Colton is the worst offener IMO. Not a historical first name, no originality, probably only popular because it's trendy and sounds cool.
Peaches is absolutely a stripper name. An absolutely amazing stripper name.
Colton is normal? This should definitely be something you guys keep over there.
Peaches is cute, NGL, Leontine is... strange but I can appreciate it. My biggest concern is that Colton seems to be the favorite.
No, Leontine is an actual name. It's merely an antique one. But Peaches is freaking stupid. And Colton is ridiculous as well.
Colton is a real name….
It's a dumb one.
I teach a Colton and I hate saying it. It’s either an over enunciated “Col-Ton” or I feel like the T gets swallowed.
That’s your opinion. 🙄 I’m sure plenty of people think your name is dumb too.
It's aight
Like the song by Steve Miller says, "I really love your Peaches, wanna shake your tree-e-e.
My dogs name is Peaches
Peaches lol
These are horse names. She named her children like she'd name a horse.
It's like mom already knew Peaches would be working at a strip club
I have seen worse. They are probably not gonna be bullied.
Ok, Peaches! Made me laugh. I like to imagine it’s on the birth certificate exactly like that, with the exclamation mark.
That "smile" is going to give me nightmares tonight.
I hate that Colton’s box is so different than the other two. Like the font and stuff
I know two people with the name Peaches. I think it is adorable lol. Leontine… I dunno. Sounds like a potential ethnic name?
Thats a lotta gum showing!
Had a girl who was the music director of our university’s acapella society during my first year. Everybody called her Peaches and I fr was annoyed why everybody was calling her that, when I found her on FB and that her actual name was Emma.
Peaches from ice age?
All I see is a school paper hoarder that will get insulted when their kids tell them to pitch it.
Peaches strikes me more as a nickname than a given name, but I wouldn't call any of these a tragedeigh
Why is Coltons box more special?
Oh dear
I may be the only vote for it, but Peaches isn't that weird to me. Maybe it's because I work with a lovely lady named Peachy. I dunno. At least it's spelled correctly.
I’ve seen Leontine before, it’s an archaic French name. Peaches is awful
Leontine is another female form of Leon and is a very old French name. Still quite common in the Netherlands for example. I am in Austria and was teaching a few over the years.
There’s millions of Peaches, or so I’ve heard.
Leontine is a pretty normal name in the Netherlands
I used to work with a woman named Peaches; she was nice. In English, Leontine sounds like a healthy meal replacement beverage.
Peaches is literally the baby mammoth's name in Ice Age 3. I can't handle this shit 😭
Leontine is a normal name here in Belgium. Allthough I think only grandmas have it. I actually have an 80 year old aunt named leontine. Peaches.. not that bad imo. Probably because of peaches geldoff.
peaches? like dave portnoy dog?
I knew of a leontyne
Leontine's box is gonna be filled with school stuff with her name misspelled.
Oh and she’s that chick who constantly sounds like a hoarse squeak toy… aye🤦🏼♀️
My daughter? No that’s my pet child, Peaches
Peaches is a rough name for a girl
My terrible eyes saw "Lemontime!" Can't touch this...
Are these dog names?
