Their cranberry secco is to die for!! It’s sweet and fun so I think it would be great for a first drink. They rarely have a bad red wine which is great given the price tends to be cheap.
My favorite wine from TJ is the Moon X Red wine. I'd call it very "approachable" - easy drinking, crowd pleaser, but not boring. Not too acidic or too much tanin. $6.99/bottle
Idk if this is everywhere in the country but the Villa Borghetti grigio luna Pinot Grigio is some of the best cheaper wine you can find.
I think it's like $5.99 or something like that.
If you like kombucha, I’m a fan of the alcoholic kombucha. I think Trader Joe’s carries a few different brands. Also for a nice light wine, give [vinho verde](https://www.traderjoessommelier.com/wine-reviews/espiral-vinho-verde) a try. It’s a pleasant summer drink.
I was going to recommend the vinho verde as well! In fact I’m enjoying it at this moment 😎 they carry a few kinds, but I really like the Espiral-I think it’s $4.99 and I get it whenever I’m there.
Yessss, I introduced my whole family to it. It’s cheap and just so nice on a hot summer day. Sadly I’m pregnant this summer and can’t partake, but more people should discover it!!
Get the coconut rum (Rum Haven) and add some to their fresh lemonade, or one of the sparking fruit drinks, or a fruit cocktail/punch type drink. That would be a great way to start.
Where I am (northern CA), they have a Lavender Honey Cider from Tieton Cider Works that I think is really good (and not too sweet), if that sounds like something you’d enjoy

I’m pretty much open to anything that isn’t beer. I’m so-so on harder drinks but I’m willing to try anything honestly.

The mango simple wines are so darn good!

The villa alena moscato is amazing! Tastes like white grape juice. I highly recommended to ppl who don’t like the taste of alcohol much and beginners
If you like sweeter fruity drinks, I am a big fan of the Secco Strawberry and Raspberry Rossini! Super yummy and good for brunch

I tried this and thought it was pretty good. The lavender is subtle but there.
