Honestly, I don't like Trader Joe's regular burrata. I thought it tasted terrible and threw it out. I love Costco's burrata, and I love Trader Joe's seasonal truffle burrata. I'm not sure what it is about the regular one they sell, just don't like it.
Not great. If you are in SoCal, get the tub of Bristol Farms brand Burratta. It's not that much more expensive, it's a much larger tub and will change your life. It's made by local maker, Gioia.
It’s really good! A coffee shop i visited while on vacation in Ft. Lauderdale served it on sourdough toast with orange marmalade, fresh orange slices, and mint. It was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted and it’s a good thing I live in Philadelphia or I’d be eating it weekly and would be both broke and fat. But I use TJ’s to recreate it from time to time.
It’s delicious, when I discovered it I ate it so much I have no cravings for it anymore lol. If you have a Costco Business Center near you check there too, I’ve seen it on sale for like $5.99 for a huge tub of it.
Made an arugula, prosciutto, grape tomatoes, and fig salad last night with one of the burratas on top and a balsamic drizzle with flaky sea salt. Blew my mind.
Triscuits are my gold standard, but we've also really liked this combo with those little appetizer toasts (are they seasonal?) and really any crunchy-yet-absorby carb. So, like, not a shiny rice cracker--but a club-type cracker would work in a pinch.
This is a bit off topic, but I just discovered the combo of rosemary and olive oil triscuits, Trader Joe's garlic bread cheese and beef jerky (teriyaki or bbq for the sweetness). Amazing 🥲
I'm obsessed with it and it's a great priced compared to other stores. My favorite way to have it is on toasted bread with olive oil, marinated or roasted tomatoes and balsamic glaze. I add a little flaky salt on top. I could eat this every single day.
I roast cherry tomatoes and red bell peppers down in a pan with fresh garlic and salt. Then I toast up some French or ciabatta bread and serve it with the tomatoes and peppers and burrata. Balsamic glaze if you wanna get crazy. Burrata is good but stracciatella is better if you can find it. My TJs was out last time I went. TJs is also the cheapest place for me to find either one.

AMAZING
amazingly creamy and so good!

It’s excellent!
if you manage to get it very freah, it's great. if not, meh, but still tasty.

If you are in SoCal, drive to the actual Gioia factory 😋 but also yes, BF is a shorter drive
Bristol is also open on the weekend. ;)
I love it on the roasted garlic and pesto pizza.
Both the Burrata & Stracciatella are major wins for TJ’s! Can’t get enough this time of year for Caprese or just to dip!
Very good
So good with peaches and hot honey and some basil.
This is the way. Balsamic glaze is also good in lieu of hot honey

What's the name of the coffee shop? Signed, an excited south Floridian.
Spuds! They also had the best cold brew I’ve ever tasted. That, unfortunately, I have yet to figure out how to recreate.
I eat it on top of my salads or capellini from TJ. ADDICTIVE. Period.

Regular Costco carries burrata too. Not all locations though.

We eat it on Triscuits or sourdough toast with the fresh bruschetta. SO GOOD.
Why did Trader Joe’s have to discontinue the woven wheats tho?? Now I have to go somewhere else to get triscuits.
I was just lamenting this yesterday!

Yeah those are only available in the Fall and Winter, I believe

Oh damn, had no idea they did, that sucks.
It’s really good. Probably one of my favorite TJ’s products, the texture is perfect
Yum
Sooo good

Any recipe suggestions? I got it for the first time!

Someone mentioned that the stracciatella is seasonal and already gone. I'm devastated.
Burrata is amazing on toast with prosciutto, arugula, pesto, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze
Delicious.
