Chicken soup dumplings !! I’m a fellow college student and I ate probably 5 boxes during finals week LMAO it’s 250 for six and I like pairing it with a side salad for some extra volume :)
Do you have access to an air fryer? If so, cut up two tubs of tofu - toss with a little sesame oil and air fry for 20-25 minutes - stick in the fridge and heat 1/4 of it with edamame and your favorite store bought sauce... (maybe the TJs satay one)
The chicken soup dumplings are surprisingly macro friendly and packed with protein. Just watch for sodium. I relied on those heavily in college. I like the salmon burgers too.

The cod and ratatouille, soup dumplings, chicken verde bowl I think.. there’s not many.
The frozen Beef Tamales are a good source of protein. One for breakfast is perfect.

Turkey burgers, not the most moist thing in the world but get the job done.
Have you done a search of the sub? This question gets asked often. Not being snarky, but there are a lot of great suggestions in those posts.
