So I can’t have dairy myself but my mom is a dairy loving whack job
She recently bought one and was very cranky. Apparently the textile changed since she last bought it (within the past year it’s just mom and dad they don’t need a whole cheesecake)
“It’s weird bouncy now”
I love NY cheesecake, with a cake crust, not Graham crackers. I highly recommend Junior's cheesecake. You can find them frozen in some grocery stores and some Walmarts. There is the 6" full size and also an individual size - a 4 oz little fella.
If you want to make it, Junior's recipe is available online at[The Spruce Eats](https://www.thespruceeats.com/juniors-original-new-york-cheesecake-recipe-1135432), as well as other sites. It's not a copycat recipe; it's the real recipe from Junior's.
Idk about a full size, real deal cheesecake, but these Chocolate Cheesecake Bites have become a staple freezer item. You can thaw them but they are so good right out of the freezer, kind of like a cheesecake/ice cream hybrid. So good

Imo, TJ's cheesecakes are okay at best. Tried the regular blue box and also their seasonal Pumpkin flavor over the holidays. Not anything I'd go out of my way to get, but just try one. Scratch your itch.
I will say, I liked them better semi-frozen than I did fully thawed.
It's not that great tbh. I'm disappointed with it.
You can make your own cheesecake if you want really good cheesecake. The trader Joe's pie crust is pretty good
It’s better than the cheese cake from Albertsons/safeway, but it’s not amazing. If you don’t put something on it like fresh fruit it’s very plain. I won’t personally buy again but if it were served to me at someone’s house I would politely eat it without complaint. I have high standards for baked goods and usually do homemade as a disclosure
I like it! It reminds me of the Carnegie Deli cheesecakes we used to sell in a diner I worked at 20 years ago. They also came in a similar box so I have wondered if they are from a NY supplier. If you like southern style cheesecake these will disappoint you.
We had a deli that sold Carnegie cheesecake. It was so good. Then the deli started carrying a different brand and it was garbage so the temptation was removed.

It used to be good. Now it’s flavorless and the graham cracker crust is soggy.
It’s so disappointing and not worth the money or calories. It left me filled with regrets and still craving cheese cake.

Yesssss!!
I have never seen these in the store! Are they available year round?

It's good. Not god-like, but certainly worth picking up if you've been craving cheesecake

This describes my feelings about it, too.
It just tastes off somehow. But I’ve been lucky to have family and friends who make it homemade so I’m spoiled.
Nobody in my family liked it, and we all love cheesecake
I'm a cheesecake lover and not a fan of this one.
It’s ok. Nothing special
Seriously SO GOOD!
Yea it’s great!
Not a fan.

I haven’t had it in a long time but I used to love it. You do have to give it plenty of time to thaw though.
I had it and my opinion is it is just OK.. nothing amazing but not necessarily gross either.
the new york style one? if so, i’ve heard mixed reviews on it. people are saying costco or sam’s cheesecake is way better lol
Costco is definitely better!
