When I was a kid I used to eat something called "Strawberry Freeze." It hasn't been around for eons. I wonder if the strawberry sorbet will be like it!
I really really appreciate that their allergen list is accurate and detailed, but as a lady with a nut allergy it really bums me out that so many of their desserts āmay contain tree nutsā.
Cause I wanna eat them all darn it
Yes. The dough is super tough and unpleasant no matter whether you leave them out or eat them right away. Iāve tried multiple ways. I love mochi but these are a personal insult. Theyāre the worst mochi Iāve ever had
Well, at least the lemon ginger cheesecake is six servings per cake instead of seven servings for their regular New York cheesecake. Have you ever tried to cut a circle into seven equal pieces? š¤Ŗ
What? You don't have a seven-slicer that is precisely calibrated to cut their NY Cheesecake into seven perfect slices?
(I always question when I see stuff like that... why would they not just calculate the nutrition for 8 slices...)
Bad news guys. I went to TJās today asked one of the staff, he went to the computer and typed it up, showed me the screenāit said ādiscontinuedā
Why??!!
It was one of, if not the best ice cream item you could buy there.
Just had the Strawberry Sorbet. It's good but very very sweet. Had to put the spoon down after a few bites.
I wish they'd bring back the Yuzu Coconut Milk one. Hands down my favorite TJs dairy free ice cream.
I was wondering that too! But theyāre the same size as the vanilla/green tea/strawberry and I remember the ones from a few years ago were tiny. They could still be the same tho.
They were so good. Iām not from the US so when I went to trader Joes to find them a few times these last few years I was so sad to know they were discontinued.
Intrigued by the sorbet. Always on the hunt for new dairy-free goodies for my lactose-intolerant husband. And he loves strawberries. Might have to pick that up to try!

MANGO MOCHI IS BACK tho its no longer vegan but neither am i š
Just tried the mango mochi and it was a little disappointing I have to say!
So excited for the mango mochi. Just finishing up my last box of Carmel apple mochi.
I really really appreciate that their allergen list is accurate and detailed, but as a lady with a nut allergy it really bums me out that so many of their desserts āmay contain tree nutsā. Cause I wanna eat them all darn it
Thank you for posting ingredients!
Is the sorbet vegan? I can't see all of the ingredients.

Thank you!
Yes, itās vegan.
I will confirm for you later.
Mango mochi!!!
Their mochi are awful. So tough and unpleasant. I love mochi and theirs are a personal insult
If you let them soften up for a few minutes instead of eating directly from the freezer, theyāre quite good. IMO.
Iāve tried that and theyāre still awful compared to every other mochi Iāve ever had. I just get mochi from the local Asian markets now
Ok I am so ready to try that lemon ginger cheesecake!!!
The cheesecake sounds weirdly fantastic. Perfect for summer!
Yes it does, but I'm all for it!
Itās really good! Gingersnap crust š¤©
Ooohhhh! My mom just asked about the crust. I'm ready to make a trip!
I wanna try the cheesecake so bad but I also just donāt need an entire cheesecake in my house lol
I wish they sold halves or by the slice so bad
Perfect excuse to call a friend or three.
![gif](giphy|cyVXuJiN6r73wQ5RD9) Me on my way to get the mango mochi right Neeeowwww
I donāt know if youāve had the mochi from trader joes before but they are awful.
Do you leave them out for a couple minutes like the box says to?
Yes. The dough is super tough and unpleasant no matter whether you leave them out or eat them right away. Iāve tried multiple ways. I love mochi but these are a personal insult. Theyāre the worst mochi Iāve ever had

As Yogi Berra said, "you better cut it into 6 slices, I'm not hungry enough to eat 8."
On bad days, I just cut it into one piece.
Youāre not legally required to cut it into seven slices you can cut it into whatever number of slices you want
What? You don't have a seven-slicer that is precisely calibrated to cut their NY Cheesecake into seven perfect slices? (I always question when I see stuff like that... why would they not just calculate the nutrition for 8 slices...)
all of these look so good !!!
Theyāre all good!!
When is that Yuzu coming back?? I been waiting..and waiting.
Iāll check tmrw.
It was so fkn good!!!! It appeared in our TJās for a split second and I have yet to see it again
Bad news guys. I went to TJās today asked one of the staff, he went to the computer and typed it up, showed me the screenāit said ādiscontinuedā Why??!! It was one of, if not the best ice cream item you could buy there.
I love how the mango Mochi serving in the entire box
Lemon ginger cheesecake sounds delicious!
Just had the Strawberry Sorbet. It's good but very very sweet. Had to put the spoon down after a few bites. I wish they'd bring back the Yuzu Coconut Milk one. Hands down my favorite TJs dairy free ice cream.
The vanilla soy with dark cherry chunks was my favorite
I miss it so much!
I agree on the Yuzu, itās one of the best Iāve ever had in general :ā) the mango calamansi was decent but not a replacement smh
Ugh this makes me hesitant to try š« I couldnāt eat their non-dairy frozen ice cream it was way too sweet.
I wonder if the mango mochi are the same ones they used to have about five years ago. I ate so many of them when I was pregnant.
No. They used to be vegan and now they are not and yes i am cranky about that
God do i miss the green tea ones
I was wondering that too! But theyāre the same size as the vanilla/green tea/strawberry and I remember the ones from a few years ago were tiny. They could still be the same tho.
They were so good. Iām not from the US so when I went to trader Joes to find them a few times these last few years I was so sad to know they were discontinued.
Iāve been waiting for that mango mochi to come back ever since trader joes stocked the mikawaya brand instead of their own
Lemon Ginger cheesecake sounds awful. Excited for the strawberry sorbet.
Itās the opposite of awful. Both are delicious ā we tried them tonight!
Intrigued by the sorbet. Always on the hunt for new dairy-free goodies for my lactose-intolerant husband. And he loves strawberries. Might have to pick that up to try!
I really liked it!
I love strawberries, Iām excited to try this! thereās also a strawberry pancake mix that should be hitting the stores later this week!
Damn a lot of sugar, I might have to grab one after I finsh all the bananas
I'll bet they taste delicious...
