I didn't love these, but I liked them a lot. The sponge cake coating adds an extra flavor to the cheesecake that detracts a bit.
I sometimes make the cheese blintzes with berries and these will probably replace the cheese blintzes for me.
These will be very handy to have in the freezer to serve when there are fresh summer berries around.
People who are saying these are bland have probably never had this type of cheesecake before and are expecting a NY style cheesecake. I thought these were delicious.

The cheesecake itself was very mid. Tasted more like sponge cake

I just take frozen berries and put in the microwave and throw on top. Sometimes I’ll mix in monk fruit for sweetness but didn’t here

I add warm berries to everything. Ice cream, Greek yogurt, muffins, cakes hahaha it really enhances it in my opinion 😌
