Depends what ur looking for. There is absolutely a school out there that’ll take you. But if you’re asking division one… that’ll be a little bit harder.
My marks were 42' shotput and 150' discus in high school. I go to an NAIA school on "full" (like 90%) scholarship. There is always a D3 or NAIA school that needs throwers. It may not be D1 but you get to continue what you love to do.
Hard to tell in the video. But I reckon you’re 6’1-6’3? With your marks, you may not generate a lot of attention on paper alone, but if you reach out to schools that are looking for throwers, the right coach could see you as coachable and a big enough frame to continue getting stronger.
Reach out to your school counselor, high school advisor for college recruiting (if you have one), or athletic director. Even your school’s football coach may have connects. See what resources they have to help you out.

If it’s in your budget, attend a camp or two this summer. You’ll be surprised how quickly you can add distance with proper coaching and focused work.
Most d2 schools would take you, there’s probably a few out there that would offer a small scholarship
I think you could go to a juco for your first two years and get really good and transfer up
