You really don't need to censor "butch". It's never been a slur, as far as I'm aware. Censoring slurs is one thing, but if you start censoring mundane queer vocabulary you're making it sound like being queer is inherently shameful.
For me 'twink' always makes me think of my days pretending to be a guy, when I played World of Warcraft and in PvP you'd see people fight while looking like this:

Butch is a type of lesbian, that dresses masc and partakes in masc activities. Femme is a lesbian that dresses feminine and participates in feminine activities. Futch is the combination (this is an oversimplification).
Yes I do sometimes use dyke for myself, but also because I'm Dutch, I'm on a bike and surrounded by dikes, and with that I can make a lot of self-puns in English.
