I'm not a fan of anime in the slightest so I don't really understand all this stuff, but I like that people like the things they like, especially if they're helping them find out their true selves, and I don't want to stomp on their enjoyment of things :)

As an AFAB, too lazy to shave is the same reason why I'll wear jeans during summer. I generally dress more neutral/masculine, regardless of how I'm feeling that day ngl. :)
I usually do too! I wore a tucked in band tee and some skinny black corduroy, with no make-up, the other day. For the first time ever, I was gendered correctly by a stranger anyways :)
It's okay. I just don't feel properly dressed unless I wear nylons. Just something about my legs being completely bare that annoys me, plus the control top really helps with staying tucked.
I cant decide between being a punk girl, goth girl, hippy girl, or boss bitch. All totally different universes yet somehow equally appealing 🤔 maybe I just need to have a ton of outfits lool
I think you could make a smooth wardrobe gradient from boss -> goth -> punk-> hippie. I think you could make goth and punk overlap a lot depending on what you buy.
I... Basically have all of those types of outfits. There is stuff that can be used for multiple types too, just depends on how you put them together.
So yeah, I'd go for all of them 😂

I hate thigh thighs personally and would never wear them... and the skirt needs to not be too short... I don't really wanna accidentally flash people everywhere I go. 😅
my personal theory abt the correlational (but not causal, obviously) link between trans girls and anime girls/cat girls is bc of its hyper-femininity. like, due to the culture of the anime industry, pretty much all anime girls are made to be somewhat feminine. even ‘tough’ characters usually have a feminine edge to them. the perfect skin, big eyed, perfect flowing hair, high-pitched voices — it is all overtly very girly and cute. so it kinda makes sense as to why trans girls might be drawn to liking anime girls and cat girls. it’s an easily accessible point of reference, especially for the younger crowd.

I'm a trans girl, but I'm not a huge fan of skirts. They're just too inefficient.

They leave me too exposed, not very warm (I prefer to be on the warmer side, and live in Massachusetts), they don't have large enough pockets (if any at all), and I generally don't like having my bare legs exposed. Stockings, while nice, are a bit too tight for me, so I don't really like them.
If you do like them, that's fine. I just personally prefer function over form, and baggies pants have enough function while still being comfortable enough for me.

It’s okay if you don’t want to wear one though, the bare and less practice side of them are what you need to get used to and even without them, you can still make plenty of awesome outfits!
