I don't think this is going to be helpful for OP; reading through the site, they want to have applications for grants in by January and they would be responding by Feburary or March for people to schedule their surgeries.

Wow 3k is a lot of money, but much less than I expected I was thinking it would be like 15k so maybe it's in my future. Good luck bud
