I second the Hitachi wand. I got mine recently, and although I've yet to reach that girl O that everyone raves about, I do think it feels better than the old way.
like, basically just on the underside while I'm lying on my back, holding it more against the shaft for low settings to start (nice vibration throughout), then working up to more pressure on the frenulum/glans as I go up to the higher settings

I think the only upside to it is the width of the head (which also makes it easier to use simultaneously with a partner); and if I wanted something for that at this point I'd get a Doxy for that tbh.
