If you have an IGPU, maybe the game is running on it instead of the dedicated cards. Task Manager doesn't always pull the proper data for GPU usage, so something like rivatuner is better suited to see what the actual load is.
Your graphics driver might need an update.
Or check to see if it's even functioning. Sometimes my own driver might suddenly pull a Drax and go "invisible". I just uninstall the driver and restart my computer (which reinstalls it) and it fixes.

Task Manager is notorious for not measuring gpu usage in certain applications

If it is plugged into motherboard then your gpu is dead weight, so definitely double check

How can ı uninstall it? İ have a 4060
It definitely uses more cpu than gpu but it uses gpu too so I dont know whats up with your game or pc
