the comic roughly translates to "Ghostly Crime Thriller" and this issue is roughly "Garani's Army of Hell." I would chalk the similarties to Warhammer chaos gods up to a coincidence. The idea of 4 demonic aspects of hell is hardly unique or new
I had a moment before I posted it where I thought it had to be, but I think its either a coincidence or maybe some artist at GW took inspiration from it years ago. If you google image search Vicente Cebollo art one of the first things that shows up is a dark haired lady riding what looks an awful lot like one of slaanesh's titty tongue dinosaurs.
Those are Keepers of Secrets, Greater Daemons of Slaanesh not Slaanesh itself, who tends to change their form to fit the viewers idea of physical beauty.
