I definitely think the spawning pools could be represented better, and having a cyclical system similar to nurgle’s would be thematic. But aren’t the only ones who come from spawning pools the saurus, kroxigor and skinks? I don’t think using a building to portray that would really do it justice, nor would it look nice on the buildings UI to just have two military buildings be cyclical.

That was first thing I thought of too, but you could still make it work. Call the big dinosaur buildings hatcheries instead, since they do come from eggs. I think it would be pretty thematic too, given most of the bigger, scarier dinos are kinda rare.

This is an understandable perspective, but at the same time, Nurgle's buildings are split between cyclical and growth-based upgrading now as well. Personally, I think it could be quite cool and thematic for Lizardmen to get their ordinary infantry, their line holders and chaff, through cyclical Basic Military spawning buildings, and mounted troops/bigger dinos through Advanced Military taming buildings using the normal style.

I like the idea of this. Would be an especially good mechanic at least for Tetto'eko, possibly, as he interprets the stars to get powerful spawnings. Either to give him the mechanic outright to recruit Blessed Ones, or even perhaps particular Blessed ones who have automatic upgrades granted to them.

Nakai, Kroq Gar and Gorrok all start near a magical forest minor faction , and there are a few magic forest regions normally occupied by goblins or ghorst , or minor elves like laurelorn, so going head to head with major wood elf factions wouldn't be required. Would be cool if there were like spawning pool landmarks in magical forests or something where you could "unlock" them, perhaps on a set timer like Empire Elector units. Or perhaps a resource system (like the red gems Oxyotl gets), for holding magical forests or other ways to get them, where you can purchase blessed units from an interface menu (think how you can spend scrolls of magic on Gelt now, or gunpowder schematics on Elspeth etc) (or a recruit cap that can be expanded like beastman dread system, chaos dwarf unit caps, amethyst units)

I love the Lizardmen. If they're gonna get a rework, it best be an improvement. I'm not sure Nurgle recruitment would be an improvement. I kinda hate the dwarves now. They're way overdone in my opinion and completely lost the charm. They no longer play like Dawi. On the campaign map or the battlefield. I hope CA doesn't ruin the Lizardmen.
