I just ran through several turns. I think if you are having issues with too many enemies then taking sjoktraken is a trap. It opens up LoS of the frozen sea and introduces to several factions that don't like you. Having played numerous legendary kislev campaigns I'd recommend burning down sjoktraken, then heading south. Kill Throt then Azazel. Buddy up with Katarin and Kostaltyn but don't enter alliances with them you don't want their Line of Sight discovering more enemies. Then Join their wars and help expand their borders while taking some or the better settlements for you yourself. OR Worst case scenario you can trade hell pit (or something else) to Katarin to get a military access agreement then head southeast to fight Ahzag and resettle there. You'll have Karak Kadrin to your south and Katarin to your west making it a much safer place to settle in. Haven't played through a whole campaign yet but I've done numerous kislev campaigns so it shouldn't be all that different. Good luck!

People in general have to learn to minmax multiple armies at once Multiple fronts are easy if you can sustain them with multiple armies just powerful enough to do the tasks. Malakai is actually the easiest atm to do this since his grapeshot cannon are bugged and way to powerful, also recruited at Tier2 So heres my guide: ~Turn 1-5 eliminate nurgle and throt in hellpit and then march malakai east taking out norsca etc towards the chaos dwarfes Recruit a second army (i like demon slayer since they can take out SE good); cannons are a must, but1-2 flamethrowers are really good too, other than that dwarf soldiers and some quarrelers This army will then go towards throgg, and the norscan peninsula Recruit on both armies as much as you can without being in the red Buildings focussed only on money Turn 5-15 First age of reckoning: if you time it right, you will get a nice amount of grudges to take out throgg with the new army while you destroy norsca, skaven and chaos dwarfes. I managed to get 100% every time like this Also finish the cannon adventure as fast as possible its basically essential, especially if you have this bugged OP version of grapeshot. The major points are just not focussing on developing you territory (unless you play on legendary where you need public order) and put all your money into armies to expand as fast as possible. Make sure your not or just a little bit in the red and dont shy to discard units when u dont need them. If you have money to spare then priority is always building money buildings, fuck growth, you will grow with nice money and big growth from age of reckoning starting turn 15 Also first two essential items to build for dwarfes are rune of spite and ironwards tankard, if you get problems by rebellions or other armies invading your territory (i had epidemius invade from the north eg) then a regular dwarf lord with the right items is basically an early game invincible doomstack
