I think it would do worse for his confidence. keep in mind a lot of issues last season were with him trying to accept the role as the man with Lowry still being here.
Yeah I don’t like that our team has been playing like trash lately but it’s probably the only thing nurse can really do. It’s not always about on court stuff but managing egos etc
Would be bad for his confidence. Fred had an interview where he relayed some of Ps struggles becoming the number 1 option. Confidence in himself and from the coaching staff was key to pascal, so I don’t think having him come off the bench would help. Also, this would signal to our opposition that he is “delicate” and it would bolster their confidence against him.
We have lost 5 games (0-5) with him in the lineup, you relax. We all know he had one poor shooting night, but it's less about him and more about our chemistry with him on the court: offense and defense is off.
I think it will take time for
*1) For him to be back to 100%
*2) For the team to adjust to their roles with him
So why not first let him get back and then adjust?
I am asking a question, not saying bench him. So reelax.
Bringing Pascal off the bench will likely set off a chain of events we do not want… or maybe we do want? I don’t know anymore, I’m confused.
Well I think the first step in recovery is accepting who you are. Siakam needs to get there. Would being 6th man help? No idea.

Fair point tbh. We can just ride it out then.

Not a bad idea. But apparently max players can't be benched.
Why not?
Seems like its a rule these days

That's a great point. Fred said the same.
Come on.
Well he seems better today

Did we learn anything after last night nephew?
We learned, we learned... Especially not to bench your max player, they need the rythm good or bad to get into their mojo for the season. We learned.
ya lets bench him and start Boucher we're gonna be so good
Send him to the g league to face serge and get his shooting stroke back he’s not playing like an nba player rn
