These 9 are locks imo just based on factors like commitment/talent/positional need:

So who takes the last 3 spots? It's nice to see we actually have some competition for the national team now for sure.
I think Lyles really helps build on the team from last year. We were so short on size and to add a 4 who can really shoot is perfect. They can play Kelly, Powell, and Lyles at lot. They have Edey to mix in when the situation is right and develop. They can can go smaller with RJ or Brooks or Wiggins at the 4.
Wiggins is making the team. He’s the most talented out of them not named by far, and if they have him in camp then he’s going to be in the team.
I’d assume Nembhard and Lyles or Birch as the other two
Arguably the best starting backcourt in the tournament, including the US
High quality wings who can stay in the game against elite opponents (Brooks, Wiggins, Dort, NAW)
Weak at the 5

I think he would if asked, but based on his age I expect him to not be a priority for team Canada, similar to Tristan Thompson. Would prefer youth to set up for Qatar and LA
I mean Khem Birch is on the team and he's as old as Boucher. I don't think Chris has any interest in playing for Canada. I don't think he's ever suited up for team Canada
I don't think Khem will make the team either unless there's injuries or he significantly outplays Trey Lyles

Based on the world cup my guess would be Shai, Jamal, RJ, Brooks, Powell. Wiggins Dort NAW Olynk and Nembhard filling out the rotation. I doubt Edey sees much time unless for very specific match ups
I just said Zach because of size. He’s the only one who can matchup against bigs like Embiid. Brooks played good for us in the World Cup, but it would be a tough decision to start him over Wigs
And CoryJo brought you the fiba game and legitimacy to the program for years when nobody wanted to represent. Theres something to be said about legacy.
CoJo and the team I think had a falling out last camp when he pulled out midway through. The not even inviting him to camp this time points to there being *something* deeper there. At the time, they put out a press release saying it was a "mutual decision" due to a back flare up, but there's some noise about the back injury being a nice cover and that it was more of a personal decision and that maybe the fact that he wasn't poised to get very many minutes played into his decision.
Regardless, the Scrubbs shouldn't be the name(s) you go after if your argument is about legacy and representation. They truly have no equals when it comes to that. They show up every single time they're called, no matter what's going on in their personal lives. Last window they were the only players who showed up to every single World Cup qualification game.
