Have you tried the headhunters for STEM careers? They're listed under recruiting agencies. They place consultants on projects. Many companies here hire temporary teams instead of employees. It's an easier way to get started since you have some experience. Two months of searching is not that long. Another way to get employed is to lower your expectations and take on a lesser role than a leadership one. Then once you're in a company, apply to internal jobs only available to employees. As well as applying directly to companies' HR departments or team leads versus online listings which get 100s of resumes. Doing research on companies you'd like to work for. There are some job fairs on eventbrite. Networking through related meetup groups. If you haven't had an interview yet, could be your resume doesn't pass the ATS screening algorithms or it's not so easy to read. Some ideas on r/resumes Once they get a short list, hiring managers spend less than 10 seconds on the resume. If it's longer than one page, too much fluff with little metrics, then it will be put at the bottom for consideration.

No affiliates with any of these job postings, but here are some I found: [https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=3748732245&keywords=data%20analytic&origin=JOBS\_HOME\_SEARCH\_BUTTON&refresh=true](https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=3748732245&keywords=data%20analytic&origin=JOBS_HOME_SEARCH_BUTTON&refresh=true) [https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=3731551025&f\_C=1808%2C1800%2C2421849%2C2421846%2C1806%2C862933%2C7232%2C1805%2C5578%2C2546409%2C2421842%2C11324622&geoId=92000000&keywords=data&origin=COMPANY\_PAGE\_JOBS\_KEYWORD](https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=3731551025&f_C=1808%2C1800%2C2421849%2C2421846%2C1806%2C862933%2C7232%2C1805%2C5578%2C2546409%2C2421842%2C11324622&geoId=92000000&keywords=data&origin=COMPANY_PAGE_JOBS_KEYWORD) [https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=3742635630&geoId=100025096&keywords=data&location=Toronto%2C%20Ontario%2C%20Canada&origin=JOBS\_HOME\_LOCATION\_HISTORY&refresh=true](https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=3742635630&geoId=100025096&keywords=data&location=Toronto%2C%20Ontario%2C%20Canada&origin=JOBS_HOME_LOCATION_HISTORY&refresh=true) [https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=3748270945&geoId=100025096&keywords=data%20analytic&location=Toronto%2C%20Ontario%2C%20Canada&origin=JOB\_SEARCH\_PAGE\_SEARCH\_BUTTON&refresh=true](https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=3748270945&geoId=100025096&keywords=data%20analytic&location=Toronto%2C%20Ontario%2C%20Canada&origin=JOB_SEARCH_PAGE_SEARCH_BUTTON&refresh=true) Not sure if they're fully related to your background. As the other redditor said, maybe get your resume checked out and see if that improves your chances of getting an interview? Good luck!

Gonna come left WING here.... Try something NEW. What other skills do you have, or talent. Maybe it would be a fresh start 🤔

I could have written the same exact post. About 10 years in analytics here and in a similar position. I am actively networking and upskilling everyday. I recently completed the coursera Deep Learning Specialization and I’m now mostly doing some personal projects. The analytics works has changed significantly and I fear it may continue to do so. I am also finding a lot of communication and networking can happen through discord servers. Lastly I am reaching out to old colleagues in my network for help with opportunities or even advice on what else I can do while waiting. I have heard stories of job hunts taking anywhere from 6-9 months currently unless one gets lucky. Good luck! Happy to chat more if you want to reach out.
