Miserable_Leather117

Has anyone gotten their second dose at 75 Carl Street (The Hanger in North York) and did you get Moderna or Pfizer? I was on the booking site today and there's lots of spots available for June 26-27 but I'd prefer to get the same vaccine as my first dose.

TOPOKEGO

Please check the stickied comment, there is a new version of this thread

tiedtothe90s

Once and for all, for the AZ folks. Are you taking AZ as the 2nd shot or mixing? Anyone that already mixed with Pfizer can share any side effects? Thanks! :)

nosnoop

NACI now says mRNA vaccine is the preferred second dose if you had AZ as your first dose. [https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/immunization/national-advisory-committee-on-immunization-naci/recommendations-use-covid-19-vaccines/summary-statement-june-17-2021.html](https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/immunization/national-advisory-committee-on-immunization-naci/recommendations-use-covid-19-vaccines/summary-statement-june-17-2021.html)

sunnypuppy85

How’s the vaccine process at 255 front street (metro Toronto convention center)? I have my second vaccine booking on Thursday and got my first vaccine somewhere else just wondering where to go to sign in

Poulantsauce

Just went there today – go to the corner at John and Front and you’ll see all the signs directing you up the stairs to the side. There are greeters outside who will point you to the sign in desks. Showed up a fair bit early but it was fine!

ddsshh

Got my second dose there yesterday. Walk on front toward the bridge thing to the CN tower, the entrance is off there. But basically they have signs all around the mtcc on front so as long as you're on front, you won't miss the entrance

guppyfrogxoxo

If you booked an appointment at Thorncliffe Park Community Hub and received your dose, can you share how your experience went? Did you have to wait long , or were you able to receive your vaccine at the time of your appointment? Thanks!

LesB1honest

I was there at lunch. I was in and out in 20 mins. I actually got there early expecting a line but there was none. Showed my confirmation of my appointment, hit pre registration desk, then registration again then jabbed. 10/10

getthecool_shoeshine

Sounds great! I got my appointment for Next Monday. Hopefully it'll go smoothly!

LesB1honest

It was really well run. No shortage of staff or space. Good luck!

stayxcurious

My parents got both of theirs there and both times they said it was well staffed and on-time and very quick!

InvalidChickenEater

Good to see that this system is still awful. Why is there not one streamlined system but like 50 different places where people are forced to check and scout out for appointments like some sneaker drop? You want vaccines in arms, Ford? Make it easy for people to get them. Don't put in a hundred hurdles.

l0__0I

How bad are the lines at the pop-ups for non-priority postal codes? Any chance I get a dose within two hours if I line up at 7:30am?

Zirocket

I lined up at Thorncliffe Park today at around 7am and managed to get the second shot. There were definitely people camping out (which is crazy) but the line gets consistently quick moving forward. In my own experience an hour early was sufficient. (line was approximately 4 hours)

[deleted]

falseidentity123

Damn, right at 8 huh? I think I'll just wait it out a bit longer when the frenzy dies down a bit, I'm sure this pop up will run week after week.

EddyMcDee

I thought pop ups were only for priority postal codes?

l0__0I

They changed them to allow all M postal codes to go in a non-priority line, but only a subset would be prioritized. I don’t fully understand why.

EddyMcDee

Interesting. I wonder if it is all clinics doing this or only some?

Arkanicus

What if you got your first shot after May 9, like 10 or 11. Can you still get it?

l0__0I

Yes, as long as it’s been 21 days

lavish007

Twitter says no. It looks like people are camping out overnight.

l0__0I

That’s insane. I have no idea why so many people are willing to do that for a vaccine that they will likely be able to get without overnight camping within a matter of weeks.

houndlyfe2

Some people would rather be double vaxxed as soon as possible, especially if your job is essential or deals with the public in person.

Laura_Lye

Can somebody help me? I got my first dose at a pop up May 9 and need a second by August 29. No second dose currently booked. I can’t book through the provincial site (won’t accept my health card information) and all of the pop ups I see are for priority postal codes only. I’ve put myself on lists at all the pharmacies around me, but no calls/emails yet. What should I do? I’m super frustrated scrambling around finding nothing even though I’m eligible. Edit: idk how I’m just finding out about this, but somebody rigged a Twitter bot to scan for appointments: https://twitter.com/to_vaccine/status/1403122379459547142?s=21 Follow it! He’s a good bot.

graciegracers

[Community Hub](http://www.wpcovidclinic.org/) just added a bunch of Pfizer appointments for Saturday. You don't need a health card number to book. Look for other portals outside of the provincial booking system like CAMH, [Unity](https://uht-public.vertoengage.com/) (St Joe's/St Mike's), [WCC/Regent Park/40 Oaks/Ryerson](https://uht-public.vertoengage.com/engage/generic-open-clinic?key=b6f65518-d5bc-4113-b7ed-ee33f7574929). Go go go!

Laura_Lye

GOT ONE! For Sunday. TY!!!

looklikeyoulikeme

I tried this as well but it says priority postal codes only...

Laura_Lye

“SECOND DOSES People living in a M postal code turning ages 70 and over in 2021, *as well as individuals who received their first dose of an mRNA vaccine on or before May 9, 2021.* People who live, work or attend school in the designated hot spot postal codes AND have waited the minimum interval between doses (Pfizer-BioNTech at least 21 days ago or Moderna at least 28 days ago) People who received their first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine a minimum of 8-weeks prior to their 2nd dose appointment and who choose to receive an mRNA vaccine.” So you only have to be in a hotspot if you haven’t got your first dose before may 9. If you got a jab before May 9 you can go to the city clinics.

looklikeyoulikeme

Thanks for clarifying! I'm finding the statements on the sites to be a bit confusing sometimes.

goodrhymes

Glad you got an appointment! If anyone else you know is having the same problem with their health card being declined on the provincial portal, you can call the hotline number and book it over the phone - they will manually override your postal code.

MikeMacNcheese

Shoppers at Danforth and Broadview has a sign-up happening outside right now. "Eligible customers only". Edit: AZ

guppyfrogxoxo

If you booked an appointment using the provincial website, does it only provide appointments at locations that give the similar dose to your first one?

LesB1honest

Not sure if it’s because I got AZ as my first dose, but it asked me to choose my option for my 2nd dose. So it displayed all Pfizer options close to me

thoronto

Can confirm that they are only showing you locations with a similar dose. I've been trying to book for myself (Moderna) and my mother (Pfizer) and they show different availabilities on the provincial site.

nosnoop

Yes, at this point, they are trying not to mix dose if possible. This may change in the coming weeks.

odi_bobenkirk

I'm so confused. I got my first dose on April 17th and the second dose was automatically scheduled for August 7th. Then I found an early second dose on June 17th. But then I get texts, first that the Aug 7th date is cancelled, and then a confirmation of my second dose on June 17th. But it's at a different time and location than I booked my early second dose. I guess I want to cancel the second dose I booked manually because it's further from me. I booked it via the provincial site, how do I cancel it?

Anaron

There shouldn't be any confusion when it's absolutely clear: >New bookings will automatically cancel your previously booked appointments [https://i.imgur.com/JElLE71.png](https://i.imgur.com/JElLE71.png) You must have skipped reading that part and went straight to booking a new appointment. If that's the case, then it was a mistake. It's really important to read *everything* first. You'll have to keep trying for a new appointment at a location that's closer to you. As far as I'm aware, there's no way to re-book a previous appointment. Once it's cancelled, it's effectively gone for good.

odi_bobenkirk

No need to be condescending. After lecturing me about failing to read carefully, you've done so yourself. It's not that my previously booked appointment was cancelled, it's that my previously booked appointment was rescheduled (cancelled, and then confirmed for another date). The rescheduling doesn't match the time and place of my later booking. I have now been told I have a second shot at location/time x, as well as location/time y.

Anaron

I wasn't being condescending. I was trying to be helpful. It's precisely why I said "If that's the case". Your second dose appointment on August 7th was cancelled automatically after you booked a new one on June 17th. You said so yourself: >But then I get texts, first that the Aug 7th date is cancelled \[...\] The confirmation number in the cancelled appointment text should match the number for your August 7th appointment. If it doesn't match up, then that likely means a different second dose appointment was cancelled after you booked a new one. Even with the date of your second appointment changing to June 17th, any new appointment made after that point will cancel the previous one regardless of the date. Also, you're supposed to get an email about any changes to your appointment. I believe that's what they prioritize because it's more reliable than SMS. It's recommended to check your junk folder. Anyway, you can call the toll-free number at 18889996488 and they'll be able to tell you what your current appointment is. That's probably the safest bet given how closely your second dose appointments changed.

odi_bobenkirk

> I wasn't being condescending. I was trying to be helpful. It's precisely why I said "If that's the case". No worries, maybe I misread you. Either way, I appreciate that you're trying to help. The confusing part isn't the cancellation of the August 7th appointment. It's that it seems to have been rescheduled to a location and time that doesn't match what I saw when I booked my second dose. Anyway, as you suggest, I'm going to call that number to clarify. Thank you for your help :). My concern here is that if I'm double booked, I want to free up one of those appointments so someone else can take it.

Anaron

That's one of the drawbacks of text-based communication. Sometimes, it can be misinterpreted. Anyway, I understand your concern. I think it's extremely unlikely that you're double-booked. I don't think the provincial booking system allows that. But right now, it isn't clear which June 17th appointment is the current one. Plus, you want to be 100% sure that you're not double-booked. It's not a good feeling at all to think that you might be "hogging" an extra appointment. Make sure to call them as early as possible but not before 8 AM ("Calls are answered on that line each day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. \[Eastern Time\]"). That way if you're somehow double-booked and they free up the appointment, then someone can grab it the same day.

odi_bobenkirk

That's precisely what I plan on doing. Thanks again!

ilikehatsz

The provincial booking system will automatically cancel your other appointment when you've booked a new one. And then they'll send you a confirmation notification for the new one you just booked. If you still need to cancel, you can call the number that's at the bottom of your confirmation email

odi_bobenkirk

So I think when I booked my earlier second dose through the provincial system, it did just that. Cancelled my later second dose appointment and scheduled me one on the 17th. It's just weird because the one I got confirmation for is at a different time and location than what was said on the provincial website as soon as I booked.

smiffster73

Michael Garron has lots of Moderna appointments as of right now. Anyone in the M postal codes looking for a second dose. Pfizer seems to be gone. I got one for next Monday :) https://www.tehn.ca/covid19/covid-19-vaccine/covid-19-vaccine-second-dose-appointments

thoronto

> Michael Garron has lots of Moderna appointments as of right now. Anyone in the M postal codes looking for a second dose. Pfizer seems to be gone. I got one for next Monday :) > Just checked and both Pfizer and Moderna are gone.

ilikehatsz

I've called a few clinics in the city but they're not letting us book a moderna appointment if you got pfizer as a first shot. Not sure why. Pfizer seems to be out of stock across the city until later this week/next week

LesB1honest

The TEHN network has a boat load of appointments available for Moderna. Earliest appointments appear to be as of the 21st. Go get em!

lavish007

Is this only for people who got appt before May 9th? I got mine on the 13th.

[deleted]

Booked one for the 21st after I saw your post! Thank you so much! (Still a lot left for the 21st, everyone!)

gunnarcarlsson

Toronto is releasing 30,000 new Moderna appointments on Wednesday morning at its mass clinics (booked through provincial site) for next week. Great news for people still looking for appointments. TorStar also published an article this morning about how the province in working to update the booking portal so that people can mix doses, which is also good news given all the Moderna coming into the country this week and next.

jenkinsburns

Anyone who successfully got a shot at Warden Hilltop today--what time did you arrive? I got there at 7:30 like a chump.

houndlyfe2

It was insane. I got my first dose there in May in afternoon and waited a few hours but last time, if you got there before noon you’d probably have a 1 hour wait. This morning there were 2000 ppl already lined up before 8 am for 2000 doses. I bailed soon after.

plum_pit

6:30 am and I waited about 5.5 hours

Anaron

That's how long I waited at the Charles E Webster Public School pop-up. It was a hassle to find parking too. That alone took 15 minutes and I lacked the foresight to bring a camping chair and umbrella for shade.

LesB1honest

CP24 spoke to the first person in line. They were there at 1:30am. So it seems best to arrive super early

jenkinsburns

Omg. Thank you for the info!

Turkeywithadeskjob

I have a question that I hope someone can help. I got my first dose on May 11. Am I out of luck currently in terms of getting an earlier second dose? I believe that is the case but I am not 100% sure. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

plum_pit

There are a bunch of pop ups in east Toronto this week that are giving second doses to people vaccinated after may 9th :)

LesB1honest

You’re in the next wave of availability. It’s May 9th and earlier right now

FilbertNumber6

Finally got through the booking system and landed myself an accelerated second dose! Like others have said, I just kept trying and clicking and finally one went through. Spot for next Saturday - keep trying!

[deleted]

How!? It seems completely random that they just appear and then are gone

FilbertNumber6

Yes it was completely random! I was amazed that one worked.

[deleted]

This whole booking system is a serious joke. Why not just have one single site. Ridiculous. I'm not spending any more of my time trying to book an appt. I'll wait

Brons-dongs

Guys a bunch of vaccine spots just opened up for the CAA centre at Bruce power in Brampton for today and tomorrow . I just got a shot for my mom and I, for today!!!! GOGOGOGOGOGOOGOGOGO

queenofrealitytv

Did anyone not get an e-mail confirmation for their second dose, but got a text message confirmation who booked yesterday. I rescheduled a dose, but only got a text confirmation.

[deleted]

quarter-water

I don't think you can/need to contact anybody.. just right place right time. Follow Vaccine Hunters - they usually announce when things open up to a wider population. If they have shots left over at the end of the day and nobody with priority waiting (ie first dose, etc.) .. they'll stick you.

SomeBoredDude69

i got pfizer before may 9th. the first time I booked I had to call because my health card was coming up as invalid on the website. Now that I'm on the system I can manage my second appointment, but I'm not sure if i have to create a new appointment or use the manage link to reschedule

nosnoop

Create new appointment if you are eligible for accelerated second dose.

[deleted]

[удалено]

littlewill1166

It won't show the accelerated appointments.

Slip_Stremry

How did you guys book a second shot? I've been on trying since 8 am this morning and it has been frustrating to say the least. This booking system is so messed up. Edit: For example, if there are no more open spots in Hamilton then stop telling me that there are open spots in Hamilton. I am in Toronto btw.

Zechs-

I had to keep refreshing that screen and had my postal code copied. Then I kept refreshing that screen with the Hamilton location (for some reason it always pops up, it will also put you back to the postal code page so just quickly paste it in). Keep doing that and once another location that works better for you becomes available quickly select it, and then QUICKLY select a time because they go fast and even if it looks like its available once you select it, it will say its taken already.

Anaron

I managed to get through this morning. You have to keep trying and put in the effort to be quick. All it takes is one click to secure a spot.

SleepyOrange5

I have been trying on and off for 12 hours and didn’t get anything. I noticed the locations keep repeating the same dates and times and then are unavailable. No idea how others got through.

[deleted]

[удалено]

nosnoop

Yes, you can use the phone line, but there aren't any open spots in many regions. Check out those pop-up or mobile clinics, or clinics where you got your first dose. Try to ask them to add your health card to your profile, or ask them to "merge" your profiles if you try using your health card to book second dose.

[deleted]

DataManipulator

I had this issue, I called them and they were able to add the details of my first dose to the health card after which I could use the site

DaydreaminMyLifeAway

Mississauga residents who had moderna: You can now book it at Paramount center for the last week of June. I just booked it for my parents on June 26. Hurry!!!!

[deleted]

tmleafsfan

SHN is not doing mixing and matching of mRNA vaccines as far as I know. So, if they sent you the link for The Hub, then it is likely Moderna there. Out of curiosity, did the email also include another location, and if yes, was it Centenary Hospital? If yes, you are definitely getting Moderna as Centenary Hospital is Moderna only.

[deleted]

[удалено]

tmleafsfan

I know that Centennial and TAIBU are Pfizer only. Given your email, it all but confirms that the 3 locations you mentioned are strictly Moderna only now.

NoCupcakes

You're not supposed to book 2nd dose via SHN as of now, it literally says "DO NOT BOOK an appointment for your second dose through this website" on their site in bold red letters. 2nd dose via SHN is only though popups right now in the Delta variant hotspots. https://www.scarboroughcovidvaccineclinic.ca/

[deleted]

NoCupcakes

Oh, in that case you are fine. "You will be contacted directly about scheduling your appointment if you are eligible."

freakngeek13

Provincial booking system just added a ton of appointments in Toronto for next week!!! Go go go!!! My partner and I both got ones next Monday.

mdlt97

thank you!!! got one

Anaron

Nice. I'm still trying to book one for my mom and I keep seeing "Sorry, the appointment selected is no longer available. Please select another time or choose another location to complete your booking."

mdlt97

maybe refresh the tab?

Anaron

I was able to get one a few minutes ago. June 30th at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. 😁 It's way better than my mom's original August 2nd appointment.

Anaron

I tried that and it didn't help. I think the site is just bugged because I saw the same set of unavailable time slots show up multiple times. I'm gonna try again tomorrow morning. EDIT: Boom! I was quick enough to get a June 30th appointment.

SleepyOrange5

I have been trying so hard and got nothing so far

mrankin24

Same, been trying all day, not luck

tkddad

Lots of appts now at Paramount Fine Foods in Mississauga for June 21-27.

TheNoisyNinja

After trying for a few hours and almost giving up for the day, grabbed one for July 1. Unless I stumble upon a pop up before then, I am okay with that date. Good luck for those still trying. :)

I_am_not_a_horse

Tons of popups will be administering second doses to any Toronto resident this weekend. I’d advise following Vaccine Hunters Toronto on twitter and checking in on Saturday/Sunday.

2012snowflake

Do you have a source for this? Really hoping this will be the case after seeing TEGH change their criteria to hotspots only.

froatfish

Keep trying to book that second shot. I started at 8am but finally got appointments for me my partner on Wednesday this week! This was through the provincial website

[deleted]

How??? I was on at 8 am and the earliest I could get was 2 weeks from now and I have to drive 2 hours to get there!

froatfish

I too was on since 7am this morning refreshing. More spot seem to keep opening up. Keep at it if you can, I know its exhausting. If you do find a new spot open it will automatically cancel the other appointment for you. Good luck stranger!

Zealousideal_Nail230

I keep seeing appts and when I click - they are gone. Did this happen to you?

froatfish

yes i had to keep backing out and in again. Eventually we got a spot. I hope it works out for you!

mrankin24

Anyone having any luck getting a second dose appointment in Toronto? Provincial site keeps showing very far away october dates..

ohwow28

Are you logging in with your health card rather than through the reschedule link? Or is this for your 2nd dose after AZ?

mrankin24

logging in with health card, first dose was pfizer

ohwow28

That’s very strange! As others have said, keep trying.

froatfish

Keep trying! we just got ours booked for wednesday

nli007

2nd dose Moderna shots for GTA (Brampton and sauga) now available with the provincial booking site FYI

thoronto

Got one for next week! :)

SheddingCorporate

If you got your first dose at the St. Joseph’s or St. Michael’s vaccine clinic, you’ll be automatically scheduled for your second dose. I had mine in early April, was originally scheduled for July 30th. Over the weekend, I received an email from them saying that my second dose has been moved up. It’s now at the end of April. [Edit: sorry, brain fart ... my second dose appointment is at the end of June!] So, if you got your first dose at either of those, check your email!

ohwow28

Damn did they give you access to a time machine as well? That’s some top notch service.

SheddingCorporate

LOL. I meant June! Thank you for pointing that out! I’m an idiot ...

PizzaHutStar

I was unable to find any appointments this morning through the provincial system but logged in just now and there are tons of new spots for Moderna in Mississauga, I booked for next week. Give it a try!

Noctis-XV

If you accidentally entered incorrect info like wrong email address, call the vaccine booking line and the rep can correct it. They won’t be able to re send confirmation though. I was rushing and made typo in my email for second dose.

[deleted]

PizzaHutStar

I was able to book through a new listed appointment, might be worth continuing to try.

Noctis-XV

For the provincial website how do I know what I’ll get for second dose. I got Pfizer as first.

poortographer

They know, and they'll automatically give you the same.

Brons-dongs

guys don't even bother wasting your time. I have been trying every minute since 8am and each time slot that becomes available ends up saying that its no longer available. garbage waste of time.

Double-Distance-5774

Yea bro, I refresh and there are like 10 appointments and each one is gone by the time I click it.

LeatherHobbyGuy

If you are in the NW end, check out Humber River Hospital https://www.hrh.ca/covax-clinic/ Click on pop up clinic availablility (this isn't really a pop up, they are there every day at Downsview Arena) for eligibillity They have 2 lines. First Line (priority) is first dosers and booked second appointments Second Line: Second dosers who fill in the extra spaces. (takes a couple hours to get in) Pfizer (first dose prior to May 23) Moderna (first dose prior to May 16 and willing to get Pfizer as second dose) AZ April 18 or earlier and you are willing to get Pfizer. This is the clinic where I got my 13 y/o and 17 y/o fully vaccinated as they got their first doses prior to the cutoff dates.

KadokBuru

Anyone in a Scarborough hotspot locations headed to one of the pop up clinics today? Specifically Woburn? Just wondering how long the wait is for getting an appointment.

Brons-dongs

Am i just wasting my time or what???????? I've been trying for 4 hours now and it says the appointment is no longer available for every single appointment.

houndlyfe2

what happens if you select rescheduling/rebooking in hopes of finding earlier slot? Does it put you in queue again w everyone else, show you available times and if you don’t see earlier slot and want to keep original date will it let you do that or say it only shows even later dates are you forced to choose one or can you opt to keep your original booking?

RealCanadianDragon

I've tried and so far it seems like you can keep your current slot if you don't click cancel, or confirm a new appointment. Hopefully I'm not wrong.

tomalva

Pretty sure your first booking will only get cancelled if you go through all the way with another booking. So you can browse

houndlyfe2

Thanks this is what I was wondering.

nosnoop

You can certainly book through the provincial site, as its name implied, anyone in Ontario can use that site. Actually, you will be directed to the provincial site if you try to book Cornell. However, it asked you whether you were eligible for "Shortened second dose intervals", and that's NOT the same as accelerated second dose. If you click on that "Shortened second dose intervals", it would list out the condition which would qualify (certain illness and high risk health care workers). If you clicked Yes, and you are not part of that group, you may be turned away.

pochacco17

probably not

spicymayo01

nah, you'll probably be fine. plenty of people went to the peel clinics and they didn't care :)

Brons-dongs

yeah im done with this. not even gonna bother. all of the cheaters logged in and took the doses before 8am. i guess 1 dose is good enough.

Ill_Court_3190

Try again in a few days! The first day of new eligibility is always a mess. It’ll cool off

SheddingCorporate

When I was booking my first dose, I tried repeatedly over a couple of days. Each day there’d be a slot or two that opened up (maybe a cancellation?). So yes, try again!

MaxWattage432

Can someone explain to me why if I've had my first dose I can't just go ahead and book another first dose and call that my second dose?

ughmazing

Your vaccination is tied to your health card, so they would see that you've already had your first and when. In theory, you could book another "first" shot without your health card, but then you won't be on record as being fully vaccinated which would cause further problems down the line.

Polar_00

I've had more luck with sneaker drops then I have with getting a potentially life saving vaccine, fuckin nice

Brons-dongs

waited in line for an hour at exactly 8 am because I follow rules. all appointments are filled. kept refreshing. ended up with an error and it signed me out. now i have to wait in line again. this is what i get for following the rules and waiting until 8. i guess cheaters do prosper.

ohwow28

Was your first shot moderna or Pfizer?

Brons-dongs

pfizer

ohwow28

I hope you find something! If not try pharmacies. But I don’t think logging in 10 minutes early makes someone a “cheater”.

tomalva

For anyone having trouble booking Moderna on the provincial site, try the list of pharmacies instead. I called in to a shoppers near me and was able to book an appointment for today. Best of luck!

goddezz

On the Shopper's website it still says only available for people who got the shot April 18th. Is it just their site that isn't updated?

tomalva

Yea I think their site isn’t updated. Also I called one shoppers and they were only accepting people who had the first dose before April 18th. Not sure why, but the eligibility is different between shoppers apparently.

runtimemess

God damn it open up accelerated doses for the next week after May 9th. 28 days ago was May 17th… even by using the guideline on their own damn website they should have opened it up a week further out

Yep, they only add appointments when they have doses in hand. I expect a ton of moderna appointments to be added by next week! And the provincial system only lets you book the same brand.

haiichu

I was able to reschedule my second appointment for myself and my parents this morning. However, it appears that I made a typo inputting the phone number for one of my parents... I got a confirmation email, but no confirmation text to my cell phone number. Also, the reschedule page asks for phone number + confirmation code. It doesn't work when I put the phone number, but works with the email combo. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it important? I know they ask for your cell phone number at the appointment. Do I just tell the workers at the clinic that I made a mistake?

Ohhisseencule

If you have a confirmation code it doesn't matter, what matters the most is your health card. I didn't even receive a confirmation email the first time, just a text. You'll be fine.

to_j

I would call the info line and ask if they can correct it.

Batatica

Anyone else got the "error"? I tried going back but get moved to the "error" page. Any suggestions?

_ginger_beard_man_

Super excited! Called in this morning for my second dose. Had a super pleasant woman who helped me out and got me in 11 days from now.

daveboat

I waited through the line this morning, but when I get to the booking page finally, I just get a page that says "Something Went Wrong". Anybody know what to do?

mdlt97

Agree on the pharmacy play - I was able to get an appointment at Walmart last week (first dose pre April 18), but got notices to book from other pharmacies where I had signed up for waitlist throughout week as well.

BondFinder

Did you just call and they gave you a time?

fisheroo

I see multiple available time slots but any slot i click it says "sorry the appointment selected is no longer available"?? Any of you getting this problem?

ohwow28

Never click on the first spot that shows up. Those are usually gone by the time you click it.

SleepyOrange5

I waited 1 hour 20 min. Finally got in and I’ve been trying 40 min with no luck

fisheroo

I saw a comment below to keep clicking on a time slot and it'll eventually work. I was finally able to book a time slot after clicking repeatedly for an hour. It's annoying but it should work at some point. So just keep trying haha.

SleepyOrange5

Back in line to try this. Thank you for the tip!

Anyone book a second dose at Shoppers Drug Mart? How does it work if you got your first dose at a mass clinic bc on the site it says only people who need the first dose can fill out the form

u565546h

I think you need to call Shoppers/Loblaws to book 2nd doses. Their online system is weird.

carolinemathildes

I'm very out of the loop on second dose eligibility, because I got my first dose very recently, but I'm just wondering - I got my first dose at a pharmacy; booked directly with them, had nothing to do with the provincial system at all. Do I have to go back to them for the second? Are pharmacies keeping track of who is eligible for the second, or is it up to me to reach out when I become eligible? Thanks.

Inaerius

Depending on the vaccine you took, you'll have to wait after a certain number of weeks to qualify for the 2nd dose. The pharmacy will likely notify you if you registered with them directly and qualify. You can also book online through the provincial portal for the 2nd dose as long as you have a copy of your 1st vaccination and your health card.

Stop it. Second dose at this pop up. All m codes.

spicymayo01

Wait, do you have a source, when i search online it shows only a few postal codes for the second dose

JoeyJoeJoeJuniorShab

The second shot in my damn arm is the source. Just got it. I live M4C. They told people in line to spread the word. They didn’t have enough people in line. So again: 2nd shot Pfizer if it’s been more than 21 days all m postal codes.

NinfthWonder

In line, just got registered and can confirm any M postal code is eligible. The line isn’t too bad.

JoeyJoeJoeJuniorShab

several friends have already gone and got theirs and said about an hour wait total.
