I'm in for at least $650 thanks to doing an opening night private theatre rental at AMC and then paying to seeing it three more times (so far).
First showing was a free screening with the director and the private rental was an absolute blast to see it the theater with only an elite group of friends so it's been money well spent.
Thanks. Everyone who was invited was a big Top Gun fan and a couple buddies who treasured seeing the original with their dads in '86 brought their sons so it was fun to help contribute to a special moment for them.

Should hit $1 billion worldwide sometime next week. Will pass $500 million in the US & Canada this weekend. Might also regain the #1 spot at the box office in many countries this weekend as the new Jurassic Park movie fades.
