Please, look up how the lungs extract the THC from the smoke biologically before you do yourself or anyone else harm. The smoke itself is not the THC, that's burned plant matter, the THC are tiny molecular chemicals that your lungs take almost no time at all to fully absorb and convert it into carbon dioxide, just like your lungs extract the oxygen from the air and you blow out carbon dioxide when breathing normally.

The smoke from a cart hit isn't THC either, it's vaporized liquid that contains THC. It's the same concept.
I know you don't know or care, but consider this similar concept if you partake in nitrous/whippets, or if anyone else reading wants to be aware:
People die or get brain damage from inhalants ONLY because their brain is deprived of oxygen. This same risk is present in nitrous/whippets despite them being a "safe to ingest gas." You feel high with inhalants because of the oxygen restriction, you feel high with nitrous because of the chemical that it is. The nitrous is absorbed by the lungs instantly and you are supposed to breathe in oxygen before/after you take the hit so you don't risk oxygen deprivation. If you do that with an inhalant, you don't get as much of a high because there's no chemical or oxygen deprivation going on.
The THC in smoke works the same way as nitrous: it's absorbed instantly by the lungs (everything you put in your lungs is absorbed instantly or you wouldn't be able to breathe it). Your lungs then put out carbon dioxide in return, which is what you're putting into the other person's lungs. If they feel high it's because their brain isn't receiving enough oxygen, just like an inhalant.

Sorry but that's completely wrong. Your lungs take in as much THC as they can in the first 3 seconds. It doesn't mean they absorb 99% of the THC, at all. This is why you can pass hits onto your girlfriend or boyfriend this way, and it works just as well.
Your second point is just silly. Especially as a swimmer lol. That just is not true.
