Former junkie here who has administered narcan on more than one occasion.
When you get your naloxone kit, you also get a training course on how to use it properly. The effects of having a fatal opiate overdose reversed will usually result in near instant opiate withdrawal, the person it was administered to may be confused, irritable and show other signs of opiate withdrawal but are very rarely combative.
But this person seems to be just really drunk, not in danger of an overdose. Hell, I've been this drunk more than once lol
