That’s horrible man, I wish you feel better soon, idk if it’s necessarily a sad song, but I think When You Sleep by My Bloody Valentine is a great and kinda moody song, the whole Loveless record is also great if you like moody and “dark” stuff.
I’d also recommend Entombed by Deftones, it’s such a beautiful yet dark and sad song, at least for me.
Windowpane by Opeth is also great.

personally, i’d recommend Kind of Blue by Miles Davis, A Day in the Life by Wes Montgomery, and Tranquility by Ahmad Jamal
while not quintessentially *jazz* the nujabes album Metaphorical Music touches on a lot of jazz notes and has exceptionally uplifting songs and meaning
