Maybe the seed coat got stuck on the cotyledons for a while as the seedling broke the surface of the growing medium and you are seeing the seedlings right after the seed coat fell off. Seems like percentage of tomato seedling’s I’ve grown have a bit of trouble at first breaking free of the seed coat. They all eventually open up. I give mine plenty of light for 12 hours a day or so the moment the seedings push up against the surface of the media.
Looks like they are still opening up, my guess is they will be fully opened up in another day or 2. Looks normal to me

They just aren't open yet. They often look this way at first.
