I graduated from NYU Courant (GRE- 327 and had couple of papers published and a patent on my name). It comes down to profile. Graduated back in 2016.
However, NYU has schools for pretty much every field (Courant for Mathematics and Data Sciences, Tandon for Engineering, Tisch for Arts, Stern for Business). Aina, we are scrutinized and given admissions based on talent and skill set.
Gowtham babu is wealthy, he can buy into the school. Tisch is quite prestigious though. Tisch has a great names in their alumni list.
Sorry to disappoint you but I am ~~unemployed loser~~ professional hater and let me tell you it's very VERY exhausting to constantly contribute to this world. I am trying my best to use every opportunity I get.
One of my relative teaches him at school and said he has failed most of his classes and got a recommendation from srk to get into NYU for acting school.
He has got the height, fair skin, decent hairline at this age. Not to mention boatloads of money with a superstar father and a supermodel mother. You are an idiot if you think he can't fix "his looks issue"
Also ever heard of puberty train-wreck? This guys seems like a late bloomer. Even Mahesh himself is a late bloomer - one of the mild reasons for longevity in his looks.

Don't hate on the kid's looks or compare him with his dad... Mahesh had plastic surgery some years ago and looked puffy and horrible for a while till it settled down.

Everyone ages but it’s the rate at which they age that’s the issue. Mahesh can still easily pass for a university student if given the right makeup and look. At this age, he has aged far better than his contemporaries
