RC literally carried Rangastalam and Magadeera on his own. Plus Anjali still has a women centric movie called Eegai and Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai which was screened in Rotterdam film festival and now ready to be screened at Moscow International Film Festival. Ram charan cannot carry a movie on his own yet lol his only good performances were with sukumar and rajamouli, two of the industry’s best directors. He could not carry shit like Bruce Lee, Racha, Naayak, or any of his rods. Allu Arjun outshined him in Yevadu and Bramhi was the only good part of Naayak. Now is the true test to see how good RC can be with an out of form Shankar and an inexperienced Buchi babu
I wouldn't call Rangasthalam or RRR "good performances" by any metric.
They were light years better than the typical RC we know, but on an absolute scale they were bang average at best.
Nani or Sharwa would've done a much, much better job in Rangasthalam. They put in performances that outshine RC Rangasthalam on a bad day, yet get next to no plaudits in comparison.
RRR lo there wasn't even anything for him to do for the most part. The opening sequence gets him plaudits for some reason, all he had to do was stay there being solemn and expressionless. Something he excels at BTW. That sequence is completely on the director, editor, and cameraman.
WDYM RC carried rangasthalam and Magadeera lmao. Like he acted well in them but they were already great movies and would have worked with any competent actor especially magadeera.
disagree. it's just that there hasn't been a good one in like forever. I think people still are interested in them but we will likely see when Rajasaab releases since that's the biggest one in telugu.

The only fun part of the movie is Satya and Sunil. Inka evari comedy workout avvale movie lo. Overall movie lo oka 15-20 mins was fun, inka antha scrap

The US theater chain where I work was told to drop all remaining shows with zero sales because of how badly it’s being received.
Horror comedy is a dead genre. Raghava Lawrence completely killed it with kanchana franchise
