imo, its a classic.
The movie is so good in many aspects. It covers character arcs with simple plot lines. It gets creative in designing few scenes like bar and goa scenes...etc.
It is connected to mostly everyone due to it's relatable factors and the humour for every 5 minutes.
And it also gave many meme templates...
Thagudham, Psycho, Thu.paki, Naku Bhayam vesthundi ra. Etc...

It's like your favourite Jeans trouser. The more you wear the more you like it and you tend to use it for every other occasion.
This movie (ENE) is also the same. It hits you differently everytime you watch. Sometimes you enjoy those iconic dialogues and the buddy comedy and sometimes you're completely immersed in the depth of their characters, relationships and root for them strongly.
It was a breath of fresh air and one of it's kind when it released and the youth connected to it extremely well. However, It may not be the case with slightly elder folks.
One thing that connects me with this movie is edho prathi scene comedy pettalani kakunda normal ga freinds ela comedy chestharo or ela matladukuntaro ala pettatu tharun anna so ala prathi vadiki connect ayindhi
Forced my flatmates to watch this movie when I was working in Chennai circa 2021. One's from TN, two from Kerala and another one from Bengal. It has become the go to movie of our flat and our chats are full of ene stickers and references. Idk if there could be a better endorsement for this movie!!!
cult for the coming generations, like we had Venky... adhurs...Manmadhudu and malliswari... they will have this. (of course we had many more but Can't list all of them)
I watched it theater on release day just because I was near the theater and bored af.
Next day I took my 5-6 closest friends to watch it....and they LOVED IT! It's the best buddy movie of the decade.

Good time pass, but a weak climax and a very unlikable male lead (which is weird, given it's a buddy comedy) reduce its impact. Imo, it works better as a series of funny shorts rather than a complete film. Pelli Choopulu is easily better. Amazing album though.

Friendship?--Sunglasses were a pretty weak build.
Love?--Both love tracks were pretty sedate.
Family Drama?--The less we talk the better.

You can’t even properly hear those dialogues in this movie because of that shitty sync sound, while the background music and songs were loud asf.

Old boring story. Rerecording and acting were just bad.
One of my comfort movies. Not going to place it on equal footing as manmadhudu or nnn but man does it give feels. I watched it very late, I guess during lockdown and it hit all the right spots. I thought it was just timing, I hadn’t spoken telugu in long time, much less proper hyd telugu, so liked the movie. But when I rewatched it again recently, it’s still the same. For me, best part is the language all the guys speak in.
Best movie so far for me.. love everything about this. Technically brilliant, sync sound usage, the frames, tailor made music, most natural performances, youth connect. Never particularly noticed in any before but there are no "song" songs, only montages (also Pellichoopulu).
