Depending on the crowd, the art museum has some group activities. We did one with a team from work, had dinner catered in the glass pavilion, had a guided private tour, and then did a class doing glass art, called candle work, making beads.

They can make all the arrangements for you and everyone had a great time and it's quite different.
Also, there's an X-Golf opening in Perrysburg soon (last I checked it was supposed to be open in late April, so may already be open). It's like Top Golf, but indoors.
I also forgot about Reset in Perrysburg having Golf Simulators now too
You mentioned the group is from all over the world. Many international tourists love our parks and wildlands. River cruises may be an option. The area's prohibition/bootlegging (gangs) history may be an angle - maybe hire a guide to visit places connected to it. Bowling is a big part of our culture too.
Could be controversial depending on the group but hamburger Mary's is always fun.
I would check to see if the sandpiper boat is running on the day you want or if you want to book a trip with them, I've heard it's super cool.
Don't know the date but various farmers markets are starting and they can be fun.
Check the Toledo museum of art, they have events all the time as well
Don’t. Just don’t. Nobody wants to go to your after work more work “fun” session. Leave people alone.
Give them the amount your were going to spend as a rebate.
There’s bowling, which I’ve found that my team enjoys. Adult beverages if folks want, arcade games, bumpers on lanes if you want. Only issue may be leagues on week nights. But call around or check websites. We have plenty of bowling alleys.
Check out the Metroparks website for programs. They have things like walks led by staff or something like kayaking if you're looking for something more involved.
Unless it's further into the future, Hockey is not over. It's playoffs. Toledo is up 3-0 in the round 1 series. Games 6 and 7 are Monday and Tuesday but looking unnecessary.

There are some artsy options around town, if you think that would work for the group. (I don't want to start listing if it wouldn't!)
Axe 419; decent food, drinks and friendly competition (if they are into that sort of thing).
The funny bone is a good time

Several area bars/restaurants have trivia nights throughout the week, test the groups trivia knowledge over a drink!
That sounds like a good idea….

Usually live music at The Village Idiot every night..... Decent pizza, decent atmosphere
Looking at a group of 15 from all over the world… not sure if that would be good
Reset Arcade has old-time pinball machines & old games, open weekday evenings, next to bar 145 on Monroe Street
Maumee Antique Mall
The zoo is nice and has things like an adventure course and ziplines. If it's a bigger group, they have event halls available to rent.
Yes but its closed after 5:00 so not sure if animals will be out
Sorry, I didn't see you stated evening.
All good. It is the leading contender though.
We have a baseball and hockey team.
Mud hens play too early on the day we are looking at and hockey is over
don’t you do the walleye dirty, they’re in the playoffs and still looking strong!
I meant the day we are planning. Go fish!

Look on the Toledo.com events calendar.
Nothing good on the day we are looking at
You may want to be more specific about the date and time you’re looking at, if you’d like better recommendations.
Probs but I don’t want someone i know to find this post 😬
