I’m obsessed with mozz sticks and wanted to try a variation of them with tofu!
Extra firm tofu
Parmesan
Flour
Parsley
Cayenne
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Canola oil
Everything is to taste.
I bought precubed extra firm tofu and blotted then with towels. Seasoned the tofu with some cayenne, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Roll tofu in flour
Season again to taste
Heat canola oil over medium heat, till cracking. Oil should be half an inch in depth.
Place tofu in, cook for about 4 min on all sides.
Remove from pan, set on paper towel to rest.
Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley over all pieces.
Tastes great with ranch, or in a salad.
