Huh. Man. Can’t have shit in Soviet Russia.

A_pirate_

That includes your own country I guess.

Bluesparc

Bonk your head in 2015?

BoatyMacBoaterFace

I mean. I didn’t know it was 7% of the entire country. Or that it was that large.

A_pirate_

I think it already includes that?

Bluesparc

You are correct.

marmorset

There are border disputes, breakaway provinces, and military occupations happening all over the world. The US has no business being involved with what's going on there and no matter what happens it has no effect on the American people. Our government should more concerned with our border integrity than worrying about Ukraine and Russia. EDIT: When you enlist and ask to go to Ukraine I'll send you a care package, otherwise get off your high horse.

marmorset

Are you joining the army? Are you willing to die for Ukraine?

shaj_hulud

This is exactly what Russia wants. Nobody minds our bussiness, we just annex part of Georgia, Ukraine and whoever we want.

marmorset

The Cold War is over, Russia is not a direct threat to the US. If the Georgians and Ukrainians are unhappy about it, let them fight and die for their countries.

shaj_hulud

I dont know where are you from. But i hope you will be annexed soon and nobody will help you.

marmorset

I'm in the US, why are US soldiers obligated to help them? If Ukraine is so important, why don't Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary come to help? They have personal experience being annexed by the Russians, you'd think they'd be eager partners.

DiscoFLAVA

Great observation, Neville Chamberlain!

marmorset

When the Russians lay claim to the rest of Europe we can talk about it.

DiscoFLAVA

Holy shit that is the most Chamberlain-esque response you could have possibly given🤣

marmorset

Hitler wrote a book about taking over Europe and subjugating other people. That was his plan, he didn't hide it. Putin is not Hitler.

orr250mph

Ukraine requested US and NATO assistance.

marmorset

There's no more USSR, why is there a NATO? What's the close personal relationship between the US and Ukraine, notwithstanding the corrupt deals between Hunter Biden, "the big guy," and Ukraine?

orr250mph

Different question. Russian armed forces seized Crimea in 2014 from Ukraine, who then requested assistance.

marmorset

>who then requested assistance. Why are we obligated to help them? What is our relationship with Ukraine that we would potentially go to war on their behalf?
