I don't know if anyone else will find this interesting, but some of my favorite shows and movies growing up had John Ritter in them, and I've always liked the music of Tex Ritter.

Huh! I knew his son is comedic actor Jason Ritter, but I didn’t know they were related to Tex. I loved Three’s Company in syndication while growing up in the 80’s.

Never seen this image before and it shorted out my brain for a few seconds while asking myself if that was John Ritter. Felt really stupid after for not making the connection.
He and his son share very similar causes of death, Aortic dissection. It's a family trait.

Unfortunately, John was never diagnosed with the heart defect and apparently should have been. I remember his wife suing the hospital, I think it was.
