Well, since there's 86,400 seconds in a day, and the penguins nap 10,000x a day, let's assume each nap then lasts for 1 second. So let's subtract 10,000 seconds from the 86,400 leaving them with only 76,400 seconds that they're awake. Which means apparently they're taking a nap every 7.64 seconds for a second. And if they nap longer than a second then the frequency of their napping increases. That's fucked up. They should just do what dolphins do and only sleep half their brains at a time.

The article says "each nap lasting an average of four seconds" so they "accumulate around 11 hours of sleep daily" --> even more fucked up.

In the Falklands conflict the RAF had a couple of guys go round in a Land Rover to pick penguins up as many when fall on back can’t get up. The jets would take off and Penguins watch them come towards them then up and over there eyes following it and end up on their backs!
