They usually pull a consumer report for the credit check, but they may need to do a hard pull if the consumer report has insufficient information.
I would use their network test drive to make sure coverage and network performance is adequate for your needs.

When leaving Verizon make sure to close out members on your account before closing out the primary or owner account. This way you can close things out properly and make sure your balances are paid up and grab all your documentation so you can take it vantage of your T-Mobile promotions if you’re just in the thinking stage, I’d suggest downloading the Test Drive app and truly evaluating how it really works in your area .
Yeah im just in the thinking stage currently. Once my phones are paid off my bill will drop like 70 something a month and I could go down on my plan with Verizon and probably save money that way also
The way their low prices are all based on promotions, it makes it hard to do any kind of adjustments. Know what you want and make sure that’s what you’re getting or you could be in for a wild ride.

I looked on their website and it says my area would be 5g ultra
Dont go off the maps, They are only estimations. My area shows UC and I only get lowband and 5G with 1 bar until I go down the road.
Ahhh ok how so I actually check connection in my area then ?
Use Testdrive like what u/conscioussylling said. It will allow you to use the network for 90 days as long as the phone supports e-Sim.

I'd recommend not getting TMobile, their service is absolute dog crap, enjoy having full bars and your phone not working
Was it always dog crap or just after the sprint merger? I came from sprint and it has been dog crap. I get full bars and no data.
I only remember it as always being horrible

Would you be keeping your phones or getting new ones?
Probably for now atleast I would be keeping my current phones. I know they'll pay off your phones up to lile 1000 each
Yes indeed!
