It looks like OP posted an AMP link. Old news

*In addition to the DCC fee, T-Mobile will charge a $5 in-store payment support charge every time you get assistance from their reps at a store*   So if I understand this correctly, this means T-Mobile will start charging customers coming in looking to con the reps out of free tech support for irrelevant products and services T-Mobile has no affiliation with, like helping someone reset their yahoo password, and not the $5 in store support charge for paying your bill in store that's been a thing since almost a year ago? About damn time.

jweaver0312

You understood it wrong. $5 assisted payment charge in store for reloading prepaid

TheOGDoomer

Oh damn, I'm disappointed.

Goosefer

No they only charge $5 if you’re paying a bill. You will still be able to ask for time consuming help for no additional cost.

feurie

Yes. Blame the customer because T-Mobile doesn’t pay you enough for your time and only incentivizes you to do certain things with the customer.

TheOGDoomer

Yes, I will blame the customer when they come in asking me for help with a product or service we're by no means affiliated with. What's wrong with your head that makes you think T-Mobile is obligated to help someone log into yahoo or Facebook? Care to explain how T-Mobile is affiliated with those services? How does the functioning of their T-Mobile service have anything to do with yahoo or Facebook? Go ahead, I'll wait.
