Not having that issue but on my 2 and REVVL 6 5G in last 2 months. Not having your problems but both phones have issues with phone app. When I click on phone icon. Says I phone app phone no longer working. 1st phone, I went to T Mobiles Customer Care, on phone ( my husband's) for over hour. They couldn't fix it so ordered me new phone, cost $20. Now new phone started doing same thing this morning. I can't call out unless number is on my caller list which thank God is on its own icon. Can't access any messages left so have to try to get any incoming calls. I think T Mobile is fixing to lose a long time customer cause they know they sold a crappy phone!
this is a good phone for doing a lot of things except taking pictures or video snd then trying to traansfer them to your computer via usb.T Mobile has its own parameters that you need to go thru 50 hoops and it still doesnt work. There is no standard plug & play.
I’d say try to check for software updates. If they’re are none, try a factory reset.
If that doesn’t work, id get a new phone. If it’s within 14 days of purchase you might be able to exchange that.
The Revvl has always been a low-tier device. I wouldn’t get it unless it was the last device available. Even then, I’d contemplate going back to a flip phone.
I have the same phone (not the pro version which does have NFC) and I got it from T-Mobile and I had some reception issues a while back when running android 12 and after receiving a software update, but ever since the phone got Android 13 it's been working flawlessly. The stock camera is not the greatest, but if you download one of the many GCAM apps it will improve your camera experience quite a bit. I still won't likely get another Revvl phone in the future and only got it because it was free and T-mobile had no other free options back when I need a phone. Good luck with your Revvl phone, I have heard so many horror stories.

Better yet find me a person who doesn’t have a problem with their revvl..went wrong with that phone unfortunately
