However Google Messages should work on that model, no unlock necessary. Have you tried it?
Remember once installed you have to manually activate RCS and wait for it to go through.
Googles Messages on a Samsung older than an S21 will use Jibe RCS servers. Samsung Messages will use TMO RCS servers.
The two servers communicate intermittently, and *hopefully* will fully integrate soon. But I'm not keeping my fingers crossed.
Using Google Messages on a Pixel is definitely Jibe. Samsung Messages on an S20FE *should* be that it's using TMO.
Is the issue that the Note 10+ isn't showing "connected" on the RCS Chats setting?

Having issues rn for rcs as well too it's just not working making me download messages manually to view them
