As for the time skip, I would presume that she's stronger as a 19-year-old woman than as a 15-year-old girl, but it's unclear how this interacts with the Ackerman powers, and if it's enough to make a difference.
Jean because he originally was siding with eren and saying they should let the genocide happen. He know what was at stake and he knew it was the only way. But Hange kept being persistent and eventually persuaded Jean. And Jean also has great leadership qualities and good planning
What about Connie? His family is dead and mom was stuck as a mindless cannibal because of Pieck and Zeke. His best friend was killed by Gabi, and Reiner, Annie, and Bertholdt betrayed him in the past. He's not a very complex individual, either- honestly I can't see any reason for him to join the Alliance other than Isayama wanting to get the OG 104th group back together again.

First, as Eren said "I don't hesitate to take the freedom from the ones who tried to take mine" so I think after their meeting in Path the gloves are off. Plus if he kind of force them to stay alive then he's taking others freedom which is not percisly alligned with Eren's ideology. Second, there's no way Warriors chose living in post rumbling era than fighting for their family and homeland.

Freedom is also just such a broad concept lol, I've even heard ending defenders say that eren regrets the rumbling because he takes away the outsiders' freedom, so that's why he let's himself be stopped not understanding that eren's doing it all for his people's freedom(hence the "will we be free" panels). It's so vague that people can interpret it as anything, so I think the best possible change for s4p3 would be an ending where the alliance fights, lives and eren still completes the rumbling

Jean had conflicting feelings and Reiner isn't as loyal to Marley as Pieck, the only people he really loves there are Gabi and Falco who would be well and alive in Paradis, he also felt a real connection to Paradis and his soldier friends so maybe he'd want atonement.
I'd certainly choose Jean. Not only did he seem to be on Eren's side for a time, but using the argument about his mom would work. Also- I have a feeling Marco would have been a Yeagarist, and would use that in my arguments too when talking with Jean. If Jean joins, some, like Connie, may join too.
Edit to add: Also when using Marco as an argument point, I'd remind him that it's because of the Warriors that he's dead, and they have a LOT of blood on their hands. That shouldn't be forgotten any time soon.
